I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I left my appointment with Emma feeling disrespected and extremely uncomfortable. From the start, it was clear she didn’t have experience with curly hair, and instead of approaching it with care or professionalism, she made the whole process feel like a burden.
She kept whispering under her breath about how much product was in my hair — which, if you know anything about curly hair, is completely normal and necessary. She sighed loudly, rolled her eyes often, and even flung product off the comb onto the ground right in front of me. She kept pulling roughly through tangles, jerking my head around, and acting visibly annoyed every time my hair would tangle — again, a normal thing for curly textures.
What really pushed it over the edge was how she kept wiping her hands off on her apron and flicking hair off her fingers in a way that came off as disgusted. It was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like I wasn’t even welcome in the chair.
If you have curly hair or simply want to be treated with basic respect, I would not recommend booking with Emma.

It was a decent haircut, but I had to ask separately for ears, eyebrows and the back of my neck to be trimmed. I felt very rushed.

I walked right in I was greeted promptly the conversation the service and the end result was absolutely outstanding I highly recommend visiting the Webster location
Stylist: My stylist Kim was engaged focused and a total professional I highly recommend her and the Webster location as I walked in a mess and I left feeling beautiful? I will definitely come back

My son has a bunch of sensory issues and Abbey was beyond amazing with him. I have taken him a bunch of places due to the fact we have not found someone my son likes but from the moment we walked in she made the experience great for my 4 year old son and she will know be are forever person. I highly recommend Abbey she is beyond amazing
