I had amazing customer service from Briasia a few weeks ago when switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. There were several problems (no fault of hers), and she was calm, cool, and the utmost professional start to finish. A few other employees and her manager also lent a hand a different times, and they were all knowledgeable and worked well together. The whole store had a good atmosphere. At a time when customer service is hard, if not impossible, to come by, I was very impressed! It took several hours from start to finish, but Briasia made sure the job was done completely and correctly. I can't remember the last time I had that kind of customer service. Thank you, and keep up the great work!

Came here to change 3 lines from prepaid to post pay with better service plan and 1 line lower from high priced plan to medium. Melanie initially assisted us and it was going more or less ok. Had a few questions during these changes and it seemed to annoy Melanie. With all these changes there were some glitches, Emilie was really nice and assisted by calling service department to resolve it.As everything seemed to finally work (over 2 hours…) I had to comeback for the same reason internet not working on the main line that was changed. Melanie took the phone, did a few things with it and said it’s working…. I showed her otherwise, no internet… Asked if anything should be checked when switching a plan, since that’s when internet stopped working.. response was that you switched to lower service so it’s not downloading… really? That low that I cannot even log in to my bank account? None of the apps were working that needed data. Melanie advised me to call 611 for help. Asked her maybe she can call? No, you have to call… Ok, I went outside, called the number, it said half hour wait… then need to explain and confirm who I am… etc… I’m already at the store that provides service and if needed - calls tech support….So I returned to the store and asked Melanie again, can you call service and help us get it done? She replied NO.. Well at this point of no help, yes I raised my voice and demanded basic service. She directed me to Kim and he was able to fix it. Checked the phone, then logged in to my account and selected some option in the account, didn’t notice what exactly. So basically Melanie made a mistake, which is ok. But how about a simple fix? Log in to account, look it over and don’t make assumptions that it’s your apps and not network.Kim fixed it in 3-4 minutes…Terrible experience. If it wasn’t for Kim and Emilie - I think 1 star rating would be sufficient.

I can't say enough about Kim at the T-Mobile in Webster. He took his time with my dad who is 79. He answered questions, was personable, and made my dad feel very welcomed. He was able to quickly and expertly switch my dad's phone over and did it all with a smile. I can honestly say, in today's world, that isn't the norm. Thank you so much Kim for your kind and compassionate help. You are excellent!! T-Mobile is lucky to have you!

I had a problem with my quick memo popping up automatically on my phone. I went in to your store twice. The second time a very nice girl was taking the time to see what she could do to fix it. As she was working on it the manager, Brian Dopson, came out from the back. The lovely girl told him the problem and asked if he had a thought. The manager was very rude and abrupt, never looked at the phone, and in a disgusted tone said there was nothing they could do, it's a manufacture's app and walked away.!!!!! I suggest a more customer oriented manager be hired there as an example for his workers ÀND for customers coming to your store!!!! By the way, the nice girl ended up solving the problem without him!!!!! My 2 stars is directed to Brian, the manager. He's not a plus to your store!!

Amazing customer service. Went in today because I have been without a phone for a couple of days and my service has been stuck on SOS. Kristopher, which I believe is the manager and another employee help me get my phone back to working, which was not an easy thing to do. He was on the phone for hours working on the issue and got it sorted out for me. Huge thanks to him and his team

If only we could clone about 50 of Emilie! She is what customer service IS DESIGNED TO BE! She is engaging, knowledgeable, relatable, a problem solver, ambitious, and just plain friendly!!!! She transferred 5 phones for me from Verizon to T-Mobile. All went smoothly, until we hit a hiccup with my SIM card. It was the 11th hour on New Years Eve, and Emilie worked with T-Mobile technical assistance until the problem was solved. Never did she get frustrated. Never did I feel like she just wanted to go home. (It was the end of her shift). She was not going to let me leave that store until I had a working phone.I sure hope the T-Mobile store owner knows her value. It’s hard to find employees, and even harder to find employees like Emilie! Don’t lose her. Whatever you do!

These 5 stars are primarily for the representative I worked with, Melianie Perez. She was very patient with my indecisive teen and obviously understood that as a mom money is tight. She did touch base with the manager (didn't get his name, sorry) on one thing and the process went better than expected.Thanks to Melianie I will be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such. rudeness at a store before. . They seemed to care less about making a sale( 5 new lines). I am so disappointed, what a way to start the holiday season ( day before Christmas Eve).

I was speaking with a store rep for a while about upgrading my phone and plan. Another rep comes and starts talking to him about an issue with his customer. This went on for a while so I walked out. Will be going to Verizon tomorrow. I find this so rude. My guy should have told him sorry but I have a customer. I will not go back to that store. Bad customer service.

I went in to upgrade my children's phones cause the T-mobile app was not functional. I explained this to the sale representative. Advised Kristopher that I needed two lines upgraded and the 360 protection plan with each line coming to $36 due today. Also decided to add the unlimited screen protector for $40 a line so my total should have been $152 or so. He rings me out to $225 attempting to explain the charges. The charges don't make sense. He gets confrontational a little bit. I said I'll order them online if their app would work. He said he doesn't make the prices. I proceed to pull open my T-mobile app while in the store and behold... the app works and the first line cost me $36 vs the $110. Kristopher then proceeds to tell me he has no idea how long an online order takes nor has he ever had someone order a phone in front of anyone before. Well there's a first time for everything Kristopher. Both orders placed and cost me $72 vs $225. I will never visit this location again.
