I haven't been in this store in years but I went to look for a pet toy. The store was very much in disarray many carts loaded with merchandise that needed to be reshopped. I tried a few clothing items on and it looked like there were days worth of reshope clothing to be dealt with. My overall opinion is that the store is seriously understaffed.

Being a 75 year old widow living only on SS, I Went to Webster Target and needed an electric toothbrush. TARGET had it posted for $49.99 a price that I could afford. I asked a Target Representative who Was The Store Manager if she would please get me the toothbrush from the locked case. She takes it out And Tells me that the price is $79.99 NOT $49.99 That the STORE Made a mistake posting the Wrong Price… And Will Not Sell me the Toothbrush for the “Advertised Price”. I needed it, and bought it, BUT WILL NOT TRUST Target’s Prices Anymore and Definitely NOT SHOP at Target , and go to Reputable Stores from next on.

Very disrespectful personnel. I greeted
the cashier twice when she finally greeted me back. I felt invisible as a customer. She barely made eye contact.
The few times that I have been here
lately the cashiers are not friendly. Target
used to have better deals with Target
Circle. Now they are few and far between. I used to do a lot more shopping here. Lately I' m not enjoying
the customer experience here.

Terrible everytime I go to this store. Never any help. You need a minimum of 1/2 hour. To cash out. The Self check out is terrible with a huge line and a long, long wait. Plenty of regesters, 5 out of 11 open. Always a hassel. Don't go.

Be wary of taking returns here or purchasing gift cards from this store. I was given a faulty gift card when processing a return. First, a cashier (very rudely) told me that a gift card would not work the same day. That seemed strange, as I've never had that problem at any other store. Nope, the gift card was not on my account and may or may not even have a balance. The next day I went back to the store to get it sorted out, and the associate told me there was nothing they could do, to call the customer service line. It's the holidays, so the hold times are insane. This store is understaffed, too. Customer service is much better at the Victor and Irondequoit Target stores.

Went to target today December 14 and was standing in a long line for the girl to turn off her light when we were standing in it then when we get up to the register, we were like the third person ready to be checked out she tells the guy in front of me to tell us that she’s closed and I told her we’ve been standing in line and her light was on and she repeatedly saying that her light has been off for 30 minutes so we did not buy anything. We left the cart with everything in it and we left poor poor customer service with their cashiers it was very rude. We were literally in a long line just for her to say that it refused to check us out, even though when we got in line, the her line light was on.

October, 2024: The store was clean. The grocery section was small but fine. I guess I would say 🤷 it is good that Webster has a Target store.

Like most places in Webster, the employees here are terrible. In a year this went from a serviceable Target to a place that can’t even handle the cash registers. I’d advise you drive to Penfield.

You have 16 cash registers and the only thing you can have open is 1 register and self checkout, this place is a joke. Poor customer service.

The manager on duty this evening about 6pm was horrible, lying regarding my credit back on my card which was due to an overcharge with my curbside order. (Anna- managers name) hung up on me and kept pushing me off and refused to assist me. I had to call back several times and young man at customer service gave me her name because she refused to. The professional business personal I am have never experienced such a dysfunctional conversation from someone who is supposed to lead and resolve situations and to add to it her English wasn't good....what an experience!

I did one of their special offers and the employee checking me out list it and pretty much said I well keep moving so I can get to next person in line absolutely did not care that they lost my 30 dollars for spending 100 made me stop doing offers which I was doing every week

Self check out closed today??? Only 2 cashiers checking out customers. Line was 20 customers deep. I was going to make a purchase but walked out because I didn’t want to wait in long line.
Hire more cashiers if you are closing self checkout. This was in Webster, NY
