Service was was terrible until Tita came and helped me! Upon arrival whoever was behind the desk finished what she was doing, and said I got to go find a order and I didn't even have a chance to let her know that I couldn't stand very long, because I'm ambulatory right now!finally someone came over to see if I was being helped which I said no I'm not being helped. She left right away and there's five people in line behind me! Thank goodness they have some sense of customer service!

Do not use order pickup. I ordered several items today. One cleaning item leaked heavily through the bottom of the bag and I returned it immediately. I just got home and saw that my shampoo bottle was in the bottom of another bag and is also leaking significantly. What is going on?

In the return/pickup line, everything is "in the back," which means a 10 minute wait per person. Worst system ever.

I was in the store to do some shopping and overheard a supervisor or manager talking to an associate being kind of rude, and the associate looking upset how they were being talked to. Also heard someone over the walkie-talkies yelling about not leaving carts in the aisle, which could’ve been said in a better manner.

There is never any cashier's open. One cashier is not enough even if you have 4 self checkouts. We are not competent employees and it takes forever to get out of the store even if you only buy one item.

This used to be a great store to shop at but now it has gone downhill. From the store not being stocked, to the place being extremely dirty is unacceptable. They do not have the proper staff to guest ratio which makes it very difficult when checking out, if you have to wait an hour just for one item is ridiculous. It seems that the new management has lacked in all areas and should have corporate intervene to make this store more appealing again. Shop elsewhere!!!

I purchased a $50 lego set for a gift for my grandson who was having surgery. He came to my house for a planned sleepover Friday night and we opened the box to find a bag of Target egg noodles and the instruction book. I called the store IMMEDIATELY I had to call 4 times because the first 3 times it rang so many times that the phone company cut off the call. On the 4th time I spoke to someone who told me to bring it in on Saturday and they would issue me a refund. I had my receipt that I had also purchased $100 more in merchandise. I am an excellent customer and have probably spent thousands on legos at your store. I went to the store with my VERY disappointed grandson because his brand new toy had noodles in the box. I ended up over 15 minutes speaking to 2 management employees and Security. They literally told me they asked all the employees and no one spoke to me! I showed them the call log on my cell phone and they stared at it and didn't respond. I told them why there were 4 calls and their response was that they are busy. I then asked them if this wasn't legit why would I be trying to just exchange for the same product and the security manager said "Thats what I'm trying to figure out". They told me I had to contact Lego. I was very adamant that I didn't not agree with them. I then backed down and said that I was going to purchase a new one for my 6 year old grandson who was standing right there patiently waiting for his gift. I told them I wanted to open it right there when I purchased and he told me that if there are noodles in this one then I would have TWO to return to Lego because they wouldn't accept it even if I opened in front of him. They were INCREDIBLY rude. You can look at my target circle account and see what a good customer I am. I am a very respected member of the community. I walked away and rang myself up. As we were walking out of the store my 6 year old grandson asked me how much that cost. I told him $50. He asked me how much $50 plus $50 was. He then said "That means we just paid $100 for this lego set". I left the store and called a friend who is a Sr Director of Stores in New Jersey. He called the district manager for the Webster Store. That person in turn called Webster and arranged for my return. I went back to the store 2 hours later and asked for Carl like I was instructed to do. He issued my refund and had to ask for help issuing me a $10 gift card. The 2 management people that were so rude helped him, and did not say a single word to me. No apology. The security person told me they have never heard of this. I googled it and found NUMEROUS instances of this on youtube. My friend in New Jersey said this is happening all the time. I tried to tell the security guy that there are times when you have to realize you accommodate a good customer They were literally treating my like a common thief.

It's very common for this store to be out of at least one common household item each visit. Typically only one manned register is open, even during busy times.

I absolutely love Target! The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the variety of products available, from fresh produce to specialty items to prepared foods. The store's prices are also very reasonable, and the quality of the products is excellent. I also appreciate Target's commitment to sustainability and community involvement. Overall, I would highly recommend Target to anyone looking for a great grocery shopping experience. It's definitely one of the best grocery stores out there!

I'm being nice with 3 stars, live target, but 1 person in the am at Starbucks, and the prices $5.45 for 2 egg bites. Ha. And get some help for you're staff working the Starbucks, and open some check stands.
