Service was was terrible until Tita came and helped me! Upon arrival whoever was behind the desk finished what she was doing, and said I got to go find a order and I didn't even have a chance to let her know that I couldn't stand very long, because I'm ambulatory right now!finally someone came over to see if I was being helped which I said no I'm not being helped. She left right away and there's five people in line behind me! Thank goodness they have some sense of customer service!

What is happening at Webster target? Clothes in heaps on the floors. They've stopped sorting the clearance clothes by size, just like Macys does. No time to look through 10 different sizes when I can only wear one. Only 2 cashiers. I heard that the manager left abruptly. There is no hope for target, kohls and macys. Overpriced, unorganized chaos.

I have NO idea what is going on with Target lately. The Webster store looks like a cyclone hit it. I was literally disgusted. I stopped shopping for things and just started snapping pics. Some associates just gabbing at each other. Only a few recognizable faces which are likely day managers and they were smiling and working. Is this a result of more of the same problem, NO employees??? Seriously. It is embarrassing. Step it up and I hope corporate begins reviewing stores. They need a wake up call! People need to WORK! Enough with printing money and handing it out-Get your arse to work!!!

They had what I needed and the girl in electronics was so nice! What was bad? I live out of town now and haven't been to this location in years, but I have NEVER seen a target so messy. As a retail manager, it was clear to me there is no organization up top. Clothes all over the floor while two employees just leaned on the rack chatting. Juice in with the towels. Nothing folded. I felt utterly embarrassed for them to present that store to the public.

Boxes everywhere.... Carts everywhere.... Cashiers.... Almost none. Very unfortunate because even during Covid this store was my go to place. Fingers crossed they get it back together. It's a fantastic location and has endless possibilities

Like everything else, including us, humans, (LOL) there's a life span, and then things wear out, fade, and then expire. Including garbage cans :). And it's safe to say mine had seen better days. Always cleaned and sanitized, bleached, but it was beat. Being close to Walmart, but not always pleased, I still gave it a chance. I went there in pursuit of a new kitchen garbage can and the selection was slim, not many in stock, and not much info as to when new stock was coming in. So I ventured to Target as I've done before. I walked into a very clean, spic & span store, was politely greeted by 2 young stock/inventory men. I asked for directions as to where I could find garbage cans and they immediately directed me. When I got to the isle I had a question about the can top and then locations of bags, and again, prompt help, service! The garbage can is an 11.4 gallons priced at $12.00 dollars, and I also purchased a 110 13 gallon bags at $8.99, grand total, $22.67. And the cash out line was expeditious. I'm pleased! And when I left, I mentioned to the cash out clerk how clean the store was, and helpful the sales people were. I said this is much different than Walmart. He looked at me and said, "we try sir". Target is a well run store, 5 stars!

No hand sanitizer nor wipes at entrance nor exit. At least two customers no masks whatsoever. Did not clean (twice) between customers at checkout. Not returning here

Took a trip to this Webster Target during Covid-19 times and am happy to say that this location is doing a wonderful job maintaining social distancing, employee safety, and heightened cleanliness measures! They had everything on my list in stock (and then some, obviously, because it is target) and I left much poorer but happy! I am a big fan of this store's home decor layout. A large open square in the middle of the store allows you to see how all of the little trinkets can fit together in your home and which things make a good match. I went with some tall vases and filler for my mantel and it looks great! I also grabbed a cute little clock and fake plant. This location's grocery section is one of the best in town, with the fresh produce actually looking okay and large variety/selection. I went at an off-peak time, a Monday around 3pm. I felt like I had the whole store to myself and could easily avoid with far more than 6ft of space any other shoppers. Kudos to Target for adapting and working hard during this crisis!

Holidays at Target, good prices and rewards helped supply some gifts for kids who wouldn't have a Christmas.

I would not come here right now. They are renovating (I don't have any idea why...the store is not that old) But aside from storage bins taking up a lot of the parking, they are out of tons of stuff, and there aren't prices on a lot of what they have. I was there last night. I needed nail polish remover...no price on the shelf. I needed the normal Target brand toilet paper I usually buy...the shelf was empty. I needed 4 things, and 2 of them had issues. Not the typical Target experience. And I also wish they'd improve Cartwheel. I like to save money, but who wants to type each thing they're shopping for into their phone? I didn't bother with it last night because I was already frustrated with the store.

I always come here for something I need, then leave with shoes and shirts and nothing I actually needed.
