The customer service is fantastic!!! They are very honest about what your car needs and what can wait. It is very hard to find a shop like that. I will be going back in the future and recommending them to anyone that needs a great shop!!

They do good work, and never try to sell me service that isn't needed. At my recent visit I had requested a coolant flush and brake fluid flush, but Dan looked back in my service records and informed me that I didn't need them yet.

We are a family owned and operated auto repair shop that has been serving the Rochester, NY area for over 50 years. “We” are Scott and Vicki Bartlett. Scott partnered with Robert Turner from 2011-2014. After spending 25 years as a mechanic at local dealerships, he wanted to run a shop the way he thought it should be run. Robert and Turner Auto held the same core beliefs and values that he did. Honesty and Integrity being the cornerstones. Robert retired in 2014 and moved out of the area.
After spending 20+ years in corporate America, Vicki felt it was time for a change. She now helps Scott run the shop and is also an independent Arbonne health and wellness consultant.
Both are from the area and live in Webster with their daughter Tessa.
