UPDATE 8/19- Kaitlin, one of the managers, helped me out big time when I couldn’t find the right perfume. Great advice

My attendant was so lovely. Showed me that I really needed to move on from the pinks and corals to more purple hues and she was so right.

Horrible customer service! roamed the store a whole twenty minutes and was not ask if I need assistance while I hear the store associates asking other customers if they needed help and they all walked right passed! Will shop online going forward

Trash experience. Not one person acknowledged me being in there. I sat near the cologne section for over 20 minutes and even walked around. Front cashier with the green hair saw me walk in TWICE and didn’t say a word. Another associate was too busy flirting with another customer. I was ready to buy 3 colognes, but I guess this is why Macy’s is superior 🤷🏻♂️ don’t even bother replying with your corporate response “will let our employees know so they can do better next time”. No you guys need new employees who actually care about their jobs 😂

Johnny, the manager, was the most helpful employee I think I have ever met in my whole life!! He dropped everything to help me find gluten free makeup that wouldn't give me dermatitis, and fit my budget!

Racially profiled. Went to reup on some of my favorite products. Walked in and there was no security guard or loss prevention officer at the entrance. I found one of the products I was looking for, and couldn’t find the other line of products I came in to find. Someone saw that I was looking a little lost, and helped me find what I was looking for. Once I picked up what I came for, I went to check out. I glanced at the door, and saw a blonde manager or supervisor look at me and then dismiss previously mentioned loss prevention officer from the entrance. There were still other people in the store, but the problem was that I was the only black customer in said store. They felt it was only necessary to have ‘security’ standing guard at the door because I was in there. Purchased my $100 worth of products and left - and will not be returning. I will buy from the brand website going further.

I was absolutely disgusted by the cleanliness of their Drunk Elephant section. It looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dispensed product was all over the display area that had been there so long some of it was drying out. I was able to find what I needed that wasn’t ruined and left immediately. As convenient as this location is I won’t go back. It’s a shame that these companies have put their trust in your company to represent them.
