I just wanted to give a shoutout to Zach! He had amazing customer service, was kind and helpful. I was in and out of there in no time and onto the rest of my errands.

After going into the store, probably once a week for years I had the most horrible experience where I was berated by one of the staff in front of the entire store for misunderstanding what kind of box the Amazon return kiosk required. Because I screwed up, I was forced to buy a box which was actually just a little plastic bag. Then I was yelled at again for not collecting my receipt from the kiosk. I called back after i left and asked that a manager call me. They didn’t. I called again the next day and was told the owner would call that next evening, they didn’t. So I’ll be returning at Kohl’s from now on because I don’t know who owns the other UPS stores around here, but they treat their customers very, very badly.

Baytowne Plaza location in Webster, NY is by far worth the visit. Owner is very helpful, prices for packing material was lower than big box stores

I was returning two packages to Amazon which I had two codes for UPS and when the serviceman scanned the codes they were not the right ones for this particular store, so I was really frustrated because I just had done the process with Amazon to be returned there. Luckily, Jason the serviceman; was very patient and very kind as to help me navigate my own amazon app to get the right codes so he could scan it. He went beyond and above his service. Thank you so much, Jason!

Workers were very kind but personally I had an awful experience. My mother was very sick so my grandma and I went to ups to get the packages returned. They told us they weren't ups packages and sent us to the nearest fedex but turned out to be closed. We went to 3 other stores around the Rochester area before eventually being instructed to return back to the Baytown Ups. We return it and while we're there our original worker looked at us then walked away quickly and rudely, telling one of his other co-workers to handle the return. It was very tiring for me and my 75 year old grandma to take care of. The workers were nice but not very knowledgeable.

Kyle provided exceptional service! He was friendly, helpful, and has a positive disposition! I would rate him 5 stars out of 5! He answered all my questions and was willing to trim my box down when I requested his assistance.

The attendant that was taking my return packages advised me that he wasn't able to take one of my returns because it was in a shoebox. When i asked what policy required that he said I don't know, it's juat what I was told. The store manager, Kyle, then stated that the driver won't take it if it is in a shoe box. I asked him what policy required a shoebox to be put in a different shipping box. He said he didn't know what the policy was but if i wanted to look it up I could but he wasn't going to look it up. Then he said, if you want to take it to the post office you can, you don't have to ship it from here. I ended up purchasing a shipping BAG for $2.69 + .22 tax. A quick search found a policy that recommends not using a shoebox but does not require using a different box.

UPS representative did an absolute perfect job! He was very accommodating, he gave a choice of several shipping options and prices. I would recommend the UPS to anyone that I associate with! Thank you for your stellar service!
