The post office at this location is very neat and clean and has a very good selection of needed mailing essentials. The office is in very close proximity to my residence and has excellent access into it from the main roads that intersect at the location.

Friendly postal employee with helpful suggestions on shipping and stamp purchase. Convenient parking and access to get in and out quickly.

Not even exaggerating, every time I go in there, the woman who is always there is absolutely miserable and inconvenienced for having to help me mail something. I would go to the other Webster post office but this one is a lot closer to my job. She has zero personality and is incredibly rude. I just encountered her speaking to another employee there whom I’ve never seen, in a completely disrespectful manner, telling him that he has no idea what he’s doing and, she is the only one who knows how handle things. Completely unprofessional, I felt so bad for this guy. How many bad reviews is it going to take for this lady to change her ways and be a little bit more pleasant? Maybe she shouldn’t be working directly with other people. ?

This post office is rarely open. I live near by, and if you need to mail something, don’t depend on them to be open and available

Sign says open to 3 on Saturdays. Showed up at 1:10 and they were closed.

I can’t believe there’s a US post office in the Sunoco gas station. Our Experience was wonderful. No line and the owner was extremely pleasant and informative!

So grateful to have a USPS on the west side of Webster! Convenient location and hours, helpful staff, ample parking. Glad not to have to travel to Barrett Drive and fight the crowds to mail a package or pick up stamps. Be kind and say hello!

Horrible personality, not a greeting, not a smile.. First thing she says is that I parked wrong.. Seriously.. not a Goodbye.. will not Go there again no matter how convenient ?
