Tyler provided outstanding customer service. He’s professional, friendly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is seamless and stress-free. He answered my questions with patience and explaining the problem with my vehicle. He even told me about an adapter that would plug in to my vehicle to display my phone on the infotainment screen. His approachable attitude, product knowledge, and dedication to the customer service department makes him a true asset to vision Hyundai in Webster.

Great experience at the dealership. The Salaes Manager was very transparent and prompt in addressing my queries and providing me godo suggestions. Although I am new here in the US and wasn't aware of all the paperwork, he made sure that everything ran smoothly and I got my car soon. Also he was very generous in giving few freebies along with my purchase.
I went to quite a few dealerships over the last few week with my enquiries and I can gladly recommend that this is the best one I had walked into. I wouldn't hesitate to visit the dealership again when I need a car in the future.

I have been trying to get my LoJack fixed and I have been trying to contact the sales manager through my salesperson for weeks. I had a called with a salesperson and they told me that the manager cannot do anything for me because he is busy. I understand that it is a busy establishment but the fact that I’ve tried for two weeks to have the issue resolved is just unfair. The issue can be resolved just by enter a serial number that MYSELF got from calling the customer service of LoJack. They were super helpful and they said it can be done in minutes if I got the help from the sales manager. Also, when I did visit and ask to get the CalTex “installed” in my vehicle, I feel like nothing is even there. So, what I’m gonna do is consult with a professional to know if the “CalTex” is actually installed otherwise I’m gonna contest our legal agreement.
Very poor customer service overall!!! Never buying anything from here again.
