This is a decent Walmart. The grocery section is excellent and has just about everything. Prices are consistently low. The store isn't as big as the Macedon location so they don't have quite a wide selection of general merchandise but it's still quite sufficient. The worst thing about this particular Walmart location is 'a certain type' of employees. Around half are decent, but they all mix in together all the time, so you never know if you'll have someone efficient at the register and knowledgeable about product locations, or one who is very obviously less than enthusiastic about getting customers through the checkout and doesn't know a screwdriver from nail polish. A lot of products are also now locked down which is much more the fault of certain customers than the store, but getting an employee to unlock something for you can be both a waiting game, and a wondering game if there isn't a call button nearby. Never thought I'd see the day when I'd have to ask permission to put Febreze in my cart.

Every time i go in there is barely any open lines for checkout, and barely any in-order self checkouts. Bathrooms are pretty clean but thats to be expected.

as someone local this walmart is getting worse everytime. Service is 0.employees do not speak english or if they do they Ignore you.Even deodorant and simple things are locked and it takes forever for someone to open cage for you,also if you go at the deli to get something nobody speaks or understands english I asked for half pound turkey ended up with over 20 lbs sliced price was 60$ I tried to explain how much i asked for but its okay because we wont be coming back again if we need something from the store we will have to order it online

Why are the stupidest things locked up in this store? And without a button to call for assistance. You shouldn’t have to search for an employee just to buy body wash or deodorant.

Come to this Walmart if you want to wait in line for 15-20 minutes! This location doesn’t care about customer experience. Open the registers so we can give YOU business! SMH

Every time I'm going to go to this Walmart in Webster NY , I check online to see if they have what I need and 3 out of 4 time it says online pickup today and when I get there they don't have it

Depending on who assists you when paying for your purchases, it is your experience, sometimes they are kind, attentive, other times they are bitter, angry, I don't even know how to explain it, at the time of service in the apartment there is no one who can help you must wait too long for someone to appear!!
Some employees make unnecessary comments (for example, if you are buying about 20 things, you don't want a bag of comments, but if you have a lot of things, they don't want the
Bag or That's too expensive I wouldn't buy it) hello that's not your problem if I want or not a case or if I want to spend my $ on something I chose!!!

Gotta wait soooooo long to cash underpaid employees always looking at you like you’re about to steal or something. They probably stole something that sells already from the store only two self checkout lines open and you have a limit. This is what we paid for to get treated like this. They make money right they don’t care he get rich they stay rich.
