I’d give 100 stars if I could. I was on vacation with my family and had to bring my bunny with me, we tried for weeks to get Truffles to a vet but no one near us was taking new patients or cared after rabbits. He was suffering and would have died at home alone and I would never have wanted that for him, after calling another dozen or so vets in the Rochester area they were the only ones willing to help us put our bunny to rest. The vet and her staff were all so kind and compassionate and made a difficult time “easy” to get through. I’m just glad I got to be there for him in his end. Thank you again for your help!

I am a new client who was switching after a bad prior vet experience. I was nervous about the switch, and in the middle of making the switch my older cat started acting ill.
Everyone I spoke to at this office have been amazing. So nice, compassionate, and worked with me to get my cat's new patient visit moved up to see my cat. I cannot thank them enough.
My visit was with Dr. Lewis who was incredible. Just great with my cat and listening to my concerns. She has helped get my cat's health back on track.
I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am to be a new client at this office. I am so appreciative to have had it recommended and so relieved to have my kitty as a patient there.

If you’re looking for a great place to take your animals, this is 100% it! Everyone at the office is so unbelievably kind & they treat your pet as their own which is SO hard to come by. My dog & I are forever grateful to have the staff at Webster Vet Clinic, thank you for always taking care of us! Their prices are also much better than other local vets!

Would not take us in for an appointment when my dog was bit by another dog, and had severe swelling, instead sent me a pdf file of places mostly in Syracuse and Buffalo I could take him to. ? Been going there for over 20 years too. Luckily found another local place who took him in immediately.

We had found a dog wandering in our neighborhood that we hadn’t seen before. We brought her to see if she was chipped. She was and we were able to locate the owners and safely return her home.Thank you to the staff for being so helpful in finding her owners.

I wanted to establish a good vet clinic while I was visiting Rochester because I come here so often I'm so glad to have found this one! Nice shady picnic area to enjoy with your dog Back entrance easily accessible from the parking lot

Regarding Captain Jack: Every Time All the staff@webster veterinary have always been concerned and compassionate at every visit. However when Dr Susan Lewis followed up our last appointment with a card expressing her empathy for our grief, well that was a much appreciated kindness. We will always treasure her understanding. Outstanding service. I would give well beyond 5 stars if I could. Every one of the staff members I’ve met has been incredible. Out of all the vets I’ve been to, which is a lot, this is by far the best and I’ve only had 2 visits. I also work in the animal field and I couldn’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else at this point. Being in the military and getting sent away on short notice, the staff members and Dr. Lewis have been EXTREMELY accommodating to my schedule which is something I never even expected out of a vet prior to visiting Webster Vet Clinic. She wanted to make sure my high energy hunting puppy (a little hard to handle at times) was well taken care of prior to my leaving and even remembered my current circumstances. Everyone has been great with communication, very thorough explanations, and very well organized. Once I come back from my military obligations and be living an hour away but will still be commuting to this vet because of how impressive this practice is. All of my customers I will be highly recommending this practice to. Personally, I would pay whatever need be, but they are also the most cost efficient practice I have been to, which is even more of a plus. Overall, I appreciate more than I can say to all of the staff here. Thank you so very much for how compassionate and understanding you are.

First visit with my new rescue pup. Dr. Passantino was terrific with my dog. She answered my many questions and got us on track. Techs were patient with his inoculations and gave him a thorough ear cleaning. Great experience.

Friendly! I can also say they are very thorough. However they do not take exotic animals as Google has listed. Only Dogs and Cats. If this misinformation could be fixed I would make it 5 stars.

Even tho they were fully booked they still found the time to take care of my cat. Thank you to the vets and the manager who found time to have my cat treated.
