I love the way Candace starts each class by asking us, "What do you need today?" This is a perfect first step to ground our soul and quiet our inner chatter. I always walk away with a nourished soul, relaxed body, and newfound awareness of what I need! Thanks, Candace!

Attending Candace’s yoga class is a gift I give to myself. I can feel the day’s tensions and worries slip away as she leads us through a practice that turns our focus inward. I am learning to pay attention to my bodies signals and make adjustments to find that release. I leave Candace’s yoga class with a feeling of inner peace I don’t find anywhere else.

Candace is so welcoming to newcomers. You feel as though you belong there as soon as you get there. The restorative Yoga is wonderful relaxing poses and reassuring readings that leave you feeling amazing.

Perfect for the beginner! Candace provides a warm and accepting atmosphere for learning and pause with encouragement. Positive atmosphere, a haven from the stress of everyday life lead by an instructor who has a passion for what she does and compassion for her students. This Thanksgiving, I'm grateful for her. She has shown me how making myself a priority can change how I live my life for the better. A true blessing!

I have been taking Candace's Gentle Yoga class for just under a year. Candace has taught our class breathing exercises, and yoga poses, which she adjusts to what each of us can do. She is very supportive and understanding of what limits we may have. I find that Yoga has had a positive effect on me both physically and mentally. In addition, I have attended her Restorative Yoga class - that is a little piece of heaven on earth. Candace is a wonderful teacher. She has introduced me to an entire new way of living.

Amazing yoga for both mind and body. If you're looking for a workout and total relaxation at the same time, this is the place for you. Her studio has a very relaxed, fun-filled atmosphere. Great for those who have never done yoga or have been practicing for years. You also need to try out her restorative classes - you won't ever want to leave her studio. Thanks Candace for giving us such an amazing yoga practice every class!
