I would definitely recommend this place. Unfortunately like 5 year's ago we lost are house to a fire not much survived 😕 but what we were able to save we needed a place to store it we looked at a few other places but nothing was as good as this place.The owner was very understanding and helpful. I Would definitely recommend this place. This place gets 5 stars 🌟 from me.

I highly DO NOT recommend this business. My experience here has been nothing short of frustrating and disturbing. Not only does the owner constantly harass patrons, but they also attempt to falsely bill clients, trying to intimidate you into paying for services or charges you don’t even owe. It’s incredibly unprofessional and unethical.
The constant attempts to pressure customers into paying unnecessary or incorrect bills are just the tip of the iceberg. The whole situation feels like a scam, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the headache and look for a business that values its customers and operates with honesty and integrity.

Brian at golden gate was awesome! He made the whole process smooth and easy for my 90-year-old mother. His patience and helpfulness were truly remarkable. My mother needed a storage solution for her belongings, and Brian was there to assist her every step of the way. He ensured she got the right unit and answered all her questions with kindness and respect. It's not easy dealing with elderly folks, but Brian's professionalism and compassion were much appreciated. This place is honestly the beez neez, conversation was easy, quick and transparent. I would highly recommend them. Had to move out of CNY but couldn't store my items at my old apartment and this place really came in clutch. Highly recommend.

The owner was quick to respond and EXTREMELY accommodating to my crazy schedule. Very easy to communicate with and everything was handled via email. Clean, professional and super reasonable in price. Best self storage around :)

Havnt purchased or rented here but I would. The owner lives right next door and everything seems very high quality and maintained well. Not sure about lighting at night but parking is plentiful and access to route 31 is easy enough. Call for pricing but I know they added on recently (2016?) So must be a nice place.

Peter would you like me to post your texts you send me about apologizing to me about your bounce checks and way did you pay your late fees and and your bounced check fees would you also like me to post your bounced that was returned to my bank also you did not get your month of November back because the contract you signed required a two week notice written notice when you move out early witch you did not give also you are getting a bill for the trash you swept out of your storage unit into the driveway have a nice day ...
