I went through the drive thru and I do this as much as I can at any Key bank due to their lack of customer service. Also I don't know anyone that wants to take a half hour out of their day to go to the bank. Its at a lot of Key banks I see. If you can't keep up with the customers and can't get staff that really is not my problem. I'm sick of the world and their lack of reality. You should do something more than you are. I shouldn't have to stand in a line for a half hour or more at a bank period.

My family has done business with this bank since before I can even remember. I’ve never had a bad experience and everyone treats you like family.

They are always courtesy and pleasant and after you've been there awhile they get to know you by name.

Much much better than old location down the road, which had little parking and a terrible ATM. Key bank did a great job renovating this location, drive thru and outside ATM are excellent, plenty of space for any vehichle. Also easy access in / out onto 2 different roads, state route 34 and state route 38. Staff is all friendly local folks of course.
