They call my prescribing doctor to approve a refill if needed.The pharmacy staff has always been very polite, courteous to me and will answer satisfactory any questions I have. If they don’t have an answer they will find one and let me know. I have been doing my business with Wegmans for over 20 years and would never change to somewhere else.”
“I transferred my prescriptions to Pine Hill and I am so glad I did. Both, Craig and David know me when I walk in the door. In this day and age, that personal touch is important. They are knowledgable and friendly. They offer a refill reminder service that I especially like. One less thing to worry about.Another nice thing about them is that Pine Hill is very involved in the local community. We are lucky to have them here.”

“I’m from out of state and was in Auburn for a funeral on Jan 17th. I forgot my medicine at home and called to see if they would be able to help. At first they couldn’t because I had no refills left, or the bottle. But then they went above and beyond by calling my doctor’s office themselves (unprompted by me) and I got a call later saying they had my prescription ready. This was so helpful, especially given my circumstances. Thank you so much to the pharmacist and the techs that made that happen and were so kind over the phone. It was filled so quickly too!”

“In the last year I've been to 10+ kinney drugs in this area searching for an Rx that has been on a national shortage. This one is the best, in my opinion. They are the only ones that proactively text me to let me know it is on back order. They are the only ones that consistently offer alternative locations that may have it in stock. This saves me so much time and headaches. When the shortage is over, this will be my primary location. Thank you!”
