We ended up purchasing the Echo. The check out was fast and easy. We will continue to shop at the Auburn Staples.”

I was returning an Amazon package and she helped me in securing the package, helped me in finding the correct procedures but most important, I left my phone at the store. When I went back she had secured the phone in a drawer out of site and access should she not be at the front desk. Her demeanor was highly professional and never once made me feel less than a valued customer. She is a tremendous asset to UPS and I hope she is working on my next trip to the Skaneateles, NY UPS store.”
