Nice challenging layout, greens rolled true and pure. The clubhouse is pretty ratty looking and the fairways need help.

Narrow and short. If you're accurate you can shoot well here.

If you want to play a challenging but fair golf course and you have a hankering to spend a weekend in the 1000 islands, there is no better option than the 1000 islands golf course. Old world course design by the best of their era. CB McDonald and Seth Raynor together for one course. Don’t miss this opportunity and you won’t find better care and concern for your experience than Mark and Dave in the pro shop. Stay and play is awesome. CHECK THIS OUT people

A little hesitant after reading previous review but we had great accommodations. No smells and very clean. We were on the 2nd floor. There are no dishes at all. They have a drip coffeemaker, microwave, toaster (I think) and mini fridge. That's it! No plates, cups, silverware etc.. Outside looks rough but inside was great. We are planning another trip in August and now know what we need to take with us.

Stayed at one of the villas. Entered our room on the ground floor which immediately felt cold and had a overwhelmingly strong musty smell like a wet mildewy basement. The air in the room felt damp even though it was not humid outside. We saw a note on the kitchen table that said our room was personally cleaned by Krystal. We looked around and immediately saw dozens of large daddy long leg spiders in all corners of the rooms ceilings. It was obvious that no one had been in the room in a long time looking like that. The bedding was dated. Cheap polyester comforter with dated colors. Mattresses felt decent. The heating/ac unit in the wall looked like it was from the 70s and didn’t even turn on. The room itself looked was updated it was just a shame what a terrible odor it had and the lack of cleaning. We didn’t bother complaining because we could see what kind of shape the pro shop was in. Paint peeling off the entire building, barely lit inside. They probably would’ve just tossed us in another room or cleaned it up quick. The golf course itself was good. Played the lake course and it was in pretty good shape.

Old course is still well kept and only 20$ per person with cart. Pro shop is friendly no strict dress code or fancy rules great place overall!
