Cut lift tube off, so we could drive home without the constant beeping & close hatch, so nothing fell out TY great service to 2 ladies & 2 doggies!”

“I was on vacation, pulling a camper, and staying in Piseco this past week. The fan clutch seized on my GMC Yukon XL so I called and ordered one from O’Conner. The correct part arrived when they said it would (a rarity nowadays). And when I went to go pick it up I asked if they had a large adjustable wrench I could purchase (being at a campground with limited tools in my truck). And instead of selling me a new adjustable, I was offered the correct fan clutch wrench from their own personal tool box - TO BORROW! Got the job done asap and brought the wrench back an hour later. I was so impressed by their good will, i wanted to write a review. Seriously awesome gesture to help an out of town motorist. Thank you!”
