The Little Gem is a great old diner on Main Street in Wellsville, famous for its Texas hot dog and special sauce not served anywhere else. This casual, old-style American diner has a small town friendly atmosphere and has been in business for over 100 years. The menu offers American comfort food with a wide variety of options, including club sandwiches, French toast, malted milk shakes, and pies. The food is made right in front of you and is delivered in a timely manner. The service is excellent and awesome, and the fairly priced food is delicious, great, and always a top-notch taste pleaser. A major downside is that it is cash only.

Always a top-notch taste pleaser when in town for a visit. Two hots and chocolate shake is all it takes. When solo I like to sit at the counter; amazes me how they produce so much out of that narrow runway! Thank you! Keep up the great work!

Great old dinner on Main Street has been there for allot of years American menu comfort food malted milk shakes yum you won't be disappointed.

Staff was super nice and efficient. Food was amazing!! Felt like an old fashioned diner.
