I was early to my appointment but got right in, every issue that I was having was resolved and the service department made sure that my problems were all covered under warranty. “Route 19 was amazing. I was being scammed by a bunch of other places, getting outrageous quotes and still not being able to resolve the issue. Route 19 had the actual expertise to know what was wrong with my car almost right away. They gave me an estimate quote of how much it would cost which was more than 10 times less than what I was told before and what I thought I had to spend. I know this is a bit of an outlier case but I just want to say that Route 19 is very honest plus they are amazing experienced mechanics with many decades of combined experience.
