This 711 turned to garbage after Mike sold it but even more recently there is an even newer owner who is a pervert and either sexist or homophobic. about a week ago my wife and I went inside & asked for the bathroom key, which the owner (older Indian man) handed to us and watched us walk to the bathroom together. About 5 minutes later without knocking or saying anything at all, he tried to get into the bathroom using another key. Luckily my wife was standing against the door while I peed because that bathroom never used to lock properly. A few more mins went by and he did it again, then a third time, even after every time we announced we were still in there- which he obviously knew because he watched us go in it. When we came out, he told us that we're not allowed in the bathroom together and when we asked him why not, and also why didn't he knock or say anything before trying to barge in on us, he called the cops and told them that he's having a problem with "two customers who were in the bathroom for 20 minutes" which is completely exaggerated. All we did was both pee, wash our hands, and leave... which isn't against the law as far as I'm concerned. Now he refuses to serve us or let any of his employees serve us & we get kicked out every time. I wish the cops would have reviewed the video footage which would 100% confirm every detail I have written. So I'm not sure if he hates women or lesbian couples, or is just a peeping Tom pervert. Also most of the employees couldn't care less, always on their phones or taking cigarette breaks. New employees CONSTANTLY (probably because their boss is an a*hole)

This place used to be great but the past few weeks have been a nightmare.Must be under new management.New staff are distracted & unfriendly, coffee stations constantly empty. Stations all rearranged so I have to walk around the entire store to make a cup of coffee.Never had any issues with old staff, they were all attentive friendly & happy to help if anything needed their attention.

Can't believe I'm reviewing a 711, but this one is top notch. Fully stocked all over. Super clean coffee stations. Gas and carwash available.

You can not even make corporate complaints for this location. No one gets back to you. Horrible business to go to. DO NOT go inside. Some kid who says he manager - endlessly harass his customers, I recorded it to show my fiancé. Needless to say the hiring here since it had been sold from mikes citgo has been absolutely horrendous. I go out of my way to not use this location.. right down the road on the right three blocks about there's another gastation bp it's cheaper gas and much more professional. By far.

New manager, small old lady is very rude. Changing up everything in the store, it’s a disaster. Bathrooms are disgusting. Kicked me and my friend out of the store and tried calling the cops for us using the bathroom for too long.

Bunch of dirtbags working here gave the kid 80 dollars he only put 60 then I go back inside tells me I only gave him 60 dollars when I counted it and gave him 80 dollars and even said 80 reg great way of doing business
