No wonder why they have such a low rating, all i ask the guy there if the french vanilla machine was not working because i keep trying and he automatically gets an attitude and said you can make a complaint out of no where then ask me , why are you mad?
Freaking hilarious all because i asked him a question . As a person who spends 100’s of dollars on 711 monthly this one will never see a penny of mine again. And i most say it’s the first time I ever seen one of them in a bad mood

The door is locked and no one answers. I understand that its 3am, but your taking orders from the Internet for delivery, then you dont answer the door and then the delivery person gets screwd.

As soon as I walked into the store the worker said “WHAT?! You have to wait 10 minutes”. This was before I even said a word. I proceeded to ask him who tf he was talking to and immediately walked out of the store. He’s lucky I did that.

I just went into the 7 Eleven on Straight Path, West Babylon. The newest worker in there has never been nice and when I brought my kids in for the “bring your own slurpee cup” day he said my Stanley cup was not allowed and started yelling at my daughter in his native language, I took my kids and left to go to another location where it was totally fine. This guy is not good for business there

It’s not a real 711 lol I live right here and work late they’re closed all night at least from 12-4 and they say they’re cleaning and getting deliveries but I never see them cleaning and ALL 711 get deliveries and manage to stay open. They should just close the doors, they’re rude to the guy shut the door on me and locked it as he saw me approach. Been meaning to write this negative review for a while now, had a minute before I find the next closest one to spend my money at. Update even the owners link they sent is fugazi.

WORST 7 eleven’s experience I had., I will never go back there again, Even If I have to walk to 2 miles in bad weather or Night to spend my money.God Bless America,I WILL REQUEST ALL MY NEIGHBORS NOT TO GO IN THIS STORE and I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN.

Lazy, rude, uneducated that's what's I have to say about the man behind the counter that's it. I've never seen such lazy workers 2 store brand water bottles in the case but the core, the essential, the smart water all in cases on the floor refused to fill the hot cheese machine knowing damn well the extras are kept at room temp in the back for easy refill and heating. Yelled at my husband after charging him 5$ for a cup with nothing in it and a cheese burger hot dog that normally cost 2$. I've had an issue with this 7-Eleven before tried to give it another chance EPIC FAIL would not even bother going here HIGHLY DONT RECOMMENDED THIS 7-Eleven there's a nicer one down the block more into Wyandanch literally next to the train station. trust me it's worth it than going to this corona virus ridden place like I mean even the counters are sticky so imagine when the last time they cleaned the coffee machine or actually cleaned the slush machine. Gross if you ask me. JUST DONT DO IT.
