On August 10 2023 at 10am i weny to tur store to buy a Julie cigarettes I spend 20 $ when I open the pack it want empty inside I went back to the store to get refound the guy didn’t want to exchange it the he was very rude and told me that I talk to much I’m never going back there again

The attendant working tonight (10/24/2022) was rude and unwilling to sell lottery tickets before 8:00pm. Kept rushing me and my grandson to purchase our food. He has been rude to me before on other visits and rude to other customers. Not sure why the owner is keeping him employed. I will not return to this 7-11 again, I will go to the other area stores. I've noticed this store is never busy. Could it be you have a rude employee?

This 711 has completely fell apart it use to be so clean and now it is just dirty messy and the workers now could care less especially the woman in day time. The flies near the hot chocolate and cappacino machine are disgusting and looks like they have never cleaned that machine they are no longer friendly staff that work here. I am so turned off. Go to the 711 on straight path much cleaner and wonderful staff the one closer to route 109

This is the filthiest 7-Eleven that I have ever been to. Garbage pails overflowing, squirrels eating food, litter strewn all over the parking lot, and coffee spillage on the countertops are just some of the atrocities that I saw here on the morning of 9/4/22. The cashier who handled my transaction could barely speak English. She told me that her name is Zanib. She has such a heavy Indian accent that I had to ask her several times to repeat what she was trying to tell me. I made out that the 7-Eleven app was down, so I did not get points for my purchase. Never again will I come back here.

Most 7/11’s are foreign owned. Not very friendly and no hospitality so sad because most Americans are humble people. I think the owners and workers should be more pleasant in life.

I go to this particular 7/11 just about everday . The workers sre alway nice. And helpful. The store is clean.
