Spanish guy don’t even understand English and he’s very rude to non Hispanic customers. I asked for manager info as I had a coupon and he was yelling at me about it. He said “do you see anybody else here” and proceeded to argue so I gladly took what my coupling said was free and walked out

i went in there and the cashier was super rude. they do not do cash back I've never been to a 7/11 that doesnt when I asked if they do he gave me an attitude. The atm has a $3.95 fee.

Stay away . The coffee is burnt . They don’t have ice coffee . The one guy is always on his phone when he should be ringing up customers. Parking lot is a mess . Owners yell in a different language to one another and laughing …. If you end up using the new one down the road you won’t be getting away from them they own that one as well .

Lazy, rude, uneducated that's what's I have to say about the man behind the counter that's it. I've never seen such lazy workers 2 store brand water bottles in the case but the core, the essential, the smart water all in cases on the floor refused to fill the hot cheese machine knowing damn well the extras are kept at room temp in the back for easy refill and heating. Yelled at my husband after charging him 5$ for a cup with nothing in it and a cheese burger hot dog that normally cost 2$. I've had an issue with this 7-Eleven before tried to give it another chance EPIC FAIL would not even bother going here HIGHLY DONT RECOMMENDED THIS 7-Eleven there's a nicer one down the block more into Wyandanch literally next to the train station. trust me it's worth it than going to this corona virus ridden place like I mean even the counters are sticky so imagine when the last time they cleaned the coffee machine or actually cleaned the slush machine. Gross if you ask me. JUST DONT DO IT.

Even 1 star is too much for this establishment. The cashier was so rude to me and my friend, I'm a kid and he started cursing and yelling at us all because we had some change. He complained about us taking too long when we were just trying to figure out what drink we wanted and also tried to take some of my change without giving me any of my items. He told us next time we come we better have dollar bills, I'm sorry I'm not a bank and cannot just exchange my change for bills.
