Receptionist working on 12/27/23 was super rude. No compassion and lacks sympathy. Does not even know proper phone etiquette. I feel bad for the vet because people will double think bringing their pets here if your receptionist acts like someone who hates their job.

I enjoy the kindness and compassion that comes from everyone in this office. Dr. Corona delivers wonderful care to my service dog. I highly recommend Dr. Corona and his staff for the care of all your pets.

If I was able to give a zero I would. The old hack (I'll assume the Office Mgr.) behind the reception desk needs a thorough training in Customer Svc. and a severe attitude adjustment. I have always been friendly to her and she is the rudest individual. The rest of the staff is great. Unfortunately, because of her, I will not be returning. Time for her to retire !!

I called them to check my emotional fur babies tummy problem. Upon entering the treatment room, the doc was training a groomer. He violently attacked my sick cat with a total grooming that lasted 2 whole minutes. He was yelling at the young woman, who was extremely nervous, traumatized my baby girl AND ME by the abuse he showed in 2 minutes. He didn't even know the problem, but he injured her neck and hip, shot her with antibiotics WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG, cause he was yelling at his student groomer. Never took her temperature, yet gave her antibiotics. He didn't diagnose her, but treated her with everything she didn't need. He didn't have an xray machine....HE was abusive to his own staff, he actually killed my baby....and now I am in a severe state of ptsd by his abusive action. IF he would have explained his actions, I might have not been traumatized, but this was my emotional fur baby that would have taken me in to the next decade.....I called and said his meds were not helping her and she needed an enema.....they said I had to make an appt for it, so I did. When I brought her in for it, HE DID THE SAME TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE OF TRAINGING A GROOMER IN 2 MINUTES AND DIDN'T PERFORM THE ENEMA!. HE WAS OBNOXIOUS, INSULTING AND A TOTAL IDIOT. This will not end here as I brought her to another vet and the xray showed her ENTIRE digestive tract was packed.....she died of her organs exploding inside her within 2 days. And I did research and found that he drugs the animals he boards, and some died because of it....he is DOCTOR DEATH, is vehemently afraid of cats has a terrible office staff....I just feel bad for the young trainer....he abused her as well and I don't think she got the job

We brought our boy to All Pets Animal Hospital yesterday for a rash that he had. They squeezed us in and saw him the same day we called. The doctor was great, he was gentle and patient with our dog. The staff was pleasant, very accommodating. We got medicine, a spray and special shampoo for my baby and the whole thing was super affordable. Highly recommend.

My experience with the staff at All Pets has been nothing but POSITIVE! I was referred by my daughter and other family members and they are very happy with the care of their fur babies! I was a wreck sending my baby in for surgery but the staff made me feel validated and supported me with laughter and kindness. Dr.Cororna checked in with me over his weekend, too! Remember to give kindess-kindness will be returned!

DO NOT GO HERE!!I've been taking my dog here for about four years, things seemed okay besides the rude lady answering the phones but dr bob was friendly to me and my dog up until my dog had an issue when I was away on vacation. To preface this story, I'm a 21-year-old whose parents both passed recently so money has been tight for me. When I was away I had a friend watching my dog who saw he had started to limp on his back leg. He wasn't yelping or seemed to be in pain, just limping. So, she took my dog to the vet for me. Once in the room, doctor bob barely checked on my dog just moved his leg up and down and then began walking towards him with a needle, without telling my friend what was wrong with him. When she asked "what's wrong with him?" he answered by saying "everything." (what the hell does that even mean??) He began going towards my dog again with the needle without gaining consent from my friend or me the owner! When my friend said "wait I need to call the owner first to make sure it's okay" he got an attitude and tossed the open syringe on the table. (it's now not sterile). When I was on the phone I asked to be put on with doctor bob, who didn't tell me what was wrong with my dog only "I can give him a cortisone shot and cortisone tablets." I asked him "okay but what's wrong with my dog?" and he said "something"??? like literally what?. I then followed up by saying "okay well how can you treat him if you don't know what's wrong with him?" he then got rude and said, "you can either go to an Emergency vet and pay 400$ or you can let the dog be in pain it's up to you." I asked him "how much is the medicine and do you guys have payment plans?" he said "160 and no we don't" and gave the phone to my friend and left the room. I was absolutely shocked by the way he was talking to not only me especially since I've taken my dog here for 4 years but also my friend who was taking care of my dog! I felt uncomfortable with him "treating" my dog so I told my friend to leave and I would find a new vet once we got home. When my friend went to leave he said in front of everyone in the front office. "it's just going to be 60$ today since you didn't take your medicine and want your dog to be in pain"!!! so rude and disrespectful and my dog wasn't even in pain, he strained his muscle running we later figured out. I was told to let him have a few days rest and he was back to normal in under a week, NO MEDICINE NEEDED!!. He diagnoses based on how much money he can make from the dog's issue, it's sad and pathetic. Not only did they have horrible customer service, but they made me feel uncomfortable. He clearly has no sympathy for someone going through money issues and isnt a patient or caring person. listen to the other bad reviews for this place, I thought they were over exaggerating but they aren't!!
