The mechanic was smoking cigarettes while working on cars.
these people are con men. steer clear of this place if you wish to save money and time. I remember after i had gotten something fixed they told me something along the lines of::: "yeah we want to make sure you come in here more"... that's like saying "come back soon!" when you work in an ER. it isn't worth it to go here. the lack of knowledge, integrity and ability makes this place a pit.

Been a customer of Babylon Complete Auto Repair for years and the service has never disappointed. The owner Mike, and staff, is incredibly thorough and professional and the service is always great. Would recommend to anyone in the Babylon/Lindy area!

The owner is a con artist. You will take your car for quick easy fix and next thing you know they mess with the fuses so the check engine lights come on. You take it back and they will say it’s a 800$ fix. I check the fuse box and couple of them were missing. I bought the fuses from Auto zone for 10$ and boom no check engine light. For the recorded the check engine light start flashing on after they fixed my car. wonder what happened inside the garage. Never going back.

I’ve brought (3) cars now to the shop and Mike has been courteous, explains the issues, costs and on-time with repairs. All (3) vehicles are 2016 or older and yes, maintenance is needed and expensive at times. Appreciated the service stations help and they do a good job. I recommend.

The owner of Babylon Complete Auto Repair is honest and does excellent work. The shop is welcoming, and the work is completed in a timely manner. Perfect place to have your car worked on. We have been customers for years.

A 30 year old female walks into an auto body shop alone....Mike will try to take advantage of you. Threatening to fail your NYS inspection if you don't purchase $55 wiper blades from them. Even though your wiper blades work and look like they are brand new. He will also act like he is doing you a favor "we will install them for free." Then when you stand your ground and refuse new wiper blades by saying "fail my inspection, just make sure you make a note that the wiper blades are why" he goes to the garage to talk about you to the other employees and comes back out to say "you know what, I took a look at your wiper blades and you can just change them yourself." These people are the absolute SCUM OF THE EARTH trying to scam innocent people. Safe to say I will not be a returning customer.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Mike is a liar. He will charge you for work he never did and if he does do any work on your car then he will overcharge you. He is nothing more than a lying con artist.

This is the worst workshop to take your car I paid to change the new transmission because rebuilt it cost 2800 and new it cost 4500 when I told him where my old transmission is, he told me I rebuilt the one that your car had, that's when I realized that he scammed me Why pay for a new one, not for him to fix mine or put anything rebuilt on me? When you realize that he scammed you, then comes the problem that says on the paper that gives you the guarantee, it says that it has a one-year guarantee but that it can't return to the workshop and the police call you saying that they are intimidating you I do not recommend it, take care not to have a bad time with this workshop
