NoMatter if they are slammed with customers or not they give their best throughout. SPECIAL outstanding shoutout to team member Cory. THANK YOU for finding our Granddaughters figurine which she dropped. So I spent $250 dollars in this caters today and when I asked for a extra bag after the purchase because the bag was full to the top I didn’t want it to bust out on me walking. Rachel told me it would be five cent extra for each bag I needed. How the hell I spent this much money and now I have to pay for the same paper bag the give us at super market unbelievable won’t ever spent another dime here. It’s hard enough but thanks to caters for making it even harder for mothers during this !!!!!! Outrageous

The worst customer service, first they tell you there is a long wait discouraging for you to wait on the phone , then give you a choice to leave your ph # not to loose your spot they will call you back. It's been 2 days, nobody called.
