Kevin Coore helped me open a high school account for my son today. He was really kind and respectful. He’s the only reason I’m giving a five star review, since I have been turned away more than once by Veronica Lanza. I had an appointment today which I was late for because I thought the appointment was later than it was. She was rude and said she couldn’t help me but thankfully, Mr. Coore took us in. Lanzas was very rude, and she told my son that she couldn’t take us because she was leaving in ten minutes. However, while we were opening our account Lanzas took a client in who I heard say she didn’t have an appointment. Mr. Coore was amazing so HE is getting five starts. Lanzas gets 0 for her attitude

Veronica is outstanding! I’ve worked with her for many years and she continues to impress me with how fast, easy, and smooth she makes everything. She is so kind and respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. You won’t find better service at any other bank anywhere!

This branch needs new management. Came in for a notary was turned away with no helping customers. They said I needed an appointment. I will be closing my chase account down after years of having it. I’ve had so many bad experiences in this branch with customer service. I would give zero stars if i could.

My dad passed away, and I was power of attorney on his accounts. This was all new to me, so I did not know POA ended when he passed. When I went to close his accounts, I was told I couldn't. I needed to contact my lawyer so he could file papers. I did that, took a couple months and got the papers. Went a second time, handed over the papers and was told I needed his death certificate. Why not tell me everything the first time?? Then was told my Mom was on the account as well so I need to bring her death certificate. HERE IS WHERE IT GETS GOOD.... I gather up everything, go back a THIRD time only to be told that my dad put me as a beneficiary on his account and that I never needed to get anything other than his death certificate!!!!! So I paid for a lawyer, waited 2 months for un-needed papers, went there 3 times and NOT ONCE DID THE MANAGER OR ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE TELL ME I WAS A BENEFICIARY ON THE ACCOUNT AND COULD HAVE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITHIN 2 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!! The only one who caught it and told me was the lovely Linda. Thank you Linda, and to the rest of the morons at this branch, well..... you know what I think of you brainless, thoughtless idiots.

Chase visa freedom card don't bother if you have a problem with purchasing disputes your out of luck and money ... fidelity has a Visa card the best has your back
