Great service and the team here are very nice. They are great at keeping you updated. Having the service report/details available online (sent via text link) gives a lot of transparency for the customer. Never pushy, give genuine recommendations for my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Front and back of house operation are really nice people. Happy I found them, my truck is always in good hands with the Cosmo’s team!

Im new to the area Deer Park, Long Island .
COSMOS knowledgeable respectful . They make an appointments and keep within a responsible timeframe.
Twice I have work done in Name brand service place., with disappointing service.
Three times I went to a service station , and three times went home without getting the work done .
I checked on line for an alternative service place in our area. And noticed COSMOS
Family Owned for 63
The office is orderly and the Staff clear & respectful. The office is CLEAN & the waiting room better than a car dealership !

Cosmos service was a great experience they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and told me about issues with my car that I didn’t realize. There prices were fare and reasonable and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on keeping them for all my car needs.
I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

Awesome shop. I was broke down from out of state. I called and they were no problem have your truck towed here we will take care of it. Nice people I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a trustworthy and honest place for your repair work. And I thank them again I drove 560+ miles home when I left Cosmo's auto . God Bless

Very good experience. Just went for an oil change and Inspection. The cost was only $39 because I had a coupon they mailed me for a free oil change and they honored it. People were very nice. So glad I found this place.
