Had a very good experience at the CVS on great E. Neck Rd.,West Babylon I was able to get the product that I wanted, which was L’Oreal hair color and I was also able to use my coupon when I went to the register there was a very friendly, lovely young woman that greeted me. She was very polite and I would definitely come to your location again store was very clean and I will tell my friends about that location as well since there are so many in the immediate area, thank you for hiring. A very nice staff

I don’t often write reviews, but I really feel that I should. Too often people just take the time to complain. This certainly isn’t a complaint! I want to commend CVS for hiring Shawn. (I believe that’s his name, he’s a tall guy who I think is one of the managers at CVS at 204 Great East Neck Rd.) Shawn is always so pleasant. He always has a smile on his face, a positive attitude, and kind words to say to everyone. His cheerful nature is sure to make even the most cantankerous customer leave with a smile. He certainly brightens my day. Kudos to CVS for hiring this pleasant gentleman.

If you don’t mind waiting an eternity for your prescriptions to be filled then this is the pace to be. I have an infection and had two prescriptions sent into the pharmacy and it seems they’re doing everything in their power not to fill the prescriptions. You’d think they’d want to help the people that need it.

This review is specifically regarding the pharmacy dept. Today I had a question for the pharmacist. The usual professionals were off today so the gentleman I spoke with was a person who was covering the dept today. He was way too detached and couldn’t care less about actually being helpful in any way. Clearly his attitude showed how disinterested he truly was. This is healthcare today!

Cvs is my go to store for healthcare needs. However, I enjoy other services provided at the store as well such as the photo service. Recently, I received a free 8 x 10 photo as a gift from Cvs. It was free who doesn’t love free! The prices are really good and the products are too.

I needed help choosing a specific product for a specific need. The assistant store manager took the time to read different manufacturers brochures to make sure I made the best choice. Then at checkout the cashier patiently helped me with my cvs app.

Horrible service. They gave my mother expired medication. When I came back to the store to notify them of this they refused to give me a new box with an expiration date that hasn't expired. The pharmacist was not helpful at all and said there's nothing they can do. Gave me the expired box. And walked away.

Store has not aged well. Moved 2yrs ago, I was in the area so I went to see my old house I stopped off at CVS to get a protein drink The store is a complete dump The carpets are filthy it looks really old the refrigerators are making all clanking noises they didn't even have any protein drinks. somehow CVS corporate has ignored revamping this location. I love my CVS in Rocky point The staff here in West Babylon is very nice though.
