When you walk into an establishment, you should onlybe greeted with positivity by everyone, but especially the employees. When walking into this dollar tree, we walked over to a blonde worker woman to ask if she could assist us with ballons. As the sign said “ask an associate for help.” So, that is what we did, with genuine kindess and respect. She had in headphones, and when we walked over to her she looked disgusted when she removed her headphones. We asked a question and she gave a terrible attitude. Then we followed up with another question because her answer didn’t really answer anything and she legit was so rude and basically back talked to us and it was just so unsettling. People need to do better. Be a better human.

The blonde lady that works here has a disgusting personality with no customer service. We asked her a nice question and she responded in a disgusting tone, looking like we were bothering her. Absolutely disgusting. Uttterly embarrassing for this establishment. Get some respect. I would have done zero stars if i could

The manager needs to know how to speak to their customers. I politely asked a question and the manager responded in such a mean way. It has happened many times and he doesn’t learn. Managers like him are the reason why this place is losing customers and you shouldn’t work in this place if you treat customers badly.

Older woman with light hair who I believe is the manager was restocking in the toy aisle. My son went to look at matchbox cars which was next to where she was restocking and she got so annoyed that he was close to her. He wasn't interferring in her work or anything he was just near her so my husband pulled my son away because of how the lady was acting. I was annoyed because we came specifically to buy matchbox cars so I went back to look at them and she started sighing obnoxiously because I was near her. Time to get a new job if the mere presence of customers annoys you that much, lady. We come here every other day guess we'll just go to other one. Luckily I have a very close family member who works in corporate so I'll be giving them a little call. Especially looking at all of the other negative comments about this specific person.

I am going to explain what happened to me at the store.
An employee used a rude expression by pushing the cart loaded with goods and telling me to go away. On the contrary, the cashier was a very polite and courteous employee. I wanted to speak to the manager to complain about what happened to me. Unfortunately, it was the manager herself who was responsible for her rude behavior. She tried to defend that she had not done anything in front of other customers. She dismissed it as being stressed. I said being stressed doesn't mean that she can be rude. She defended herself by saying that in her own way, I should be cheerful too. How can I smile at someone who pushes something on me and acts rude? Afterwards, she started to correct the shopping carts by pushing them hard. While I was quite calm, she tried to calm me down by touching my shoulder. I warned her not to touch me. She shouted after me as I left the store. I don't find it normal at all

That's a big dollar Tree, there is plenty of stuff. The only big default of this store is the organisation. There is a tone of box open ready to be on the shell, but no one does it. Or even some products who fall on the floor and stay on the floor.
The cashier we had was super nice, nothing to say about her, she was great ?

An excellent choice of holiday items and recently and very welcome to see is an art supply section. Also a nice expanded refrigerated foods section expanded in size and quality of product choices.

This was the first time I was told that I bag my own things at Dollar Tree. I purchased over 40 items and was handed bags. Alex, my cashier, said I could call and complain. Sametime, the manager walked in Kim. She said they didn't change the policy about bagging. She looks like she didn't even care. Pick another dollar tree to go and shop... lousy service!

Store closes at 10 but they close doors qt 9:45 and look at you at the front door and pretend like no one is there, they are also in very bad mood all the time no matter what day or time

Literally so disgusting, there was stuff all over the floor and really shady characters there. There was a pad out of its package and bandaids spilled everywhere. I feel bad for anyone that’s shopped here…
