Been waiting for weeks on an order that was apparently going to ship within 1 day.
Still waiting. No email to say that rivets are backordered or any email at all for that matter.
Every time I contact chat they say the order will ship in 2-3 days. Weeks later, still waiting..

Ordered 1000 bolts, received 900. Called and emailed and was told its not their fault. I sent them pictures of my entire order and there were 100 short. So they sent me a packing slip that showed 1000 bolts, but i sent her the packing slip they sent me which was not the same detailed slip. Refuses to refund me the difference or mail me the 100 bolts im missing.

Decent product, I'd be a return customer, but the non-stop spam emails, daily, and not respecting multiple unsubscribe requests, make me a former customer...not a chance I'll ever place another order with Fastenere.

Bought multiple packs of 10-32 screws. Half of them were 10-24. Called to get the situation rectified and left on read. No response, no replacements or refund. Just silence.

Terrible service....waited forever for order and shipper stated never received package...contacted Rob and he said he would send out another package...never happened...asked several times for tracking information and never received...emails ignored...requested cancellation of order and ordered someplace else...started a claim with PayPal...PayPal contacted Rob and he sent out another order even though I requested it cancelled...PayPal closed case in his favor when tracking showed I received the order...order was wrong and Rob ignored my emails...I'm done...save yourself and order from someplace else...you'll have it sooner and it will be right...

Customer Service is top notch! I made a mistake in a recent order, and they helped me find the correct fastener for my job, shipped it out right away, and made it very easy for me to process the return. I will always use them.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this company I have ordered from them 3 times on eBay and every time they immediately say tracking available but it never is. I finally was able to get Nicole on the phone and found out every time they don’t have stock and they order the product but they lead to believe they have already shipped as a small business owner I need products when I order them so for them to act like they shipped and just use your money while their ordering from another company is terrible business practices, if you like to be lied too just order from them and wait, good luck I’ll never order from them again I gave them 3 too many tries

After reading through reviews here and on the BBB site it’s clear that what we experienced is not a one time occurrence. The order that we purchased never arrived and was instead sent back to sender (their warehouse). Our tracking information confirmed this, however, they refuse to provide a full refund. Instead, they claim that only a portion of the order was returned and therefore they cannot refund us even though we never received anything. The customer service is absolutely awful and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Adding additional response after their reply: The response about us returning only a portion is completely false. Both packages that were shipped were both returned back to sender per tracking. We didn’t receive a single item. It’s pretty interesting that they seem to have the same issues with multiple customers. I never leave negative reviews because I know they can be detrimental to a company, however, I can’t accept it when a company makes money scamming their customers.

No stars. No customer service. Fraudulent shipping and return practices. They will steal your money.
We purchased specialty length hex bolts and nuts which were not shipped on-time, and then never delivered. After UPS posted a 'return to sender', Fastener fraudulently claimed that they didn't receive the items back in full. Not sure how we can be blamed for this if it was never delivered in the first place. Anyhow, we have called, and emailed at least 5-10 times, pleaded with customer service to write their wrong and refund us. Nothing.
After reading the other 1-star reviews on this website, is apparent that this company is a total scam. I wonder how much money they steal on a yearly basis on all of these fraudulent deliveries.

Rob & his team are great to our business. We’re a govt contractor who has to meet very stringent specifications, Rob delivers very detailed products and advice to help us meet these tight standards. His selection & customer service are excellent.

Paid for overnight shipping and was not notified that an item was on backstock. If you can't meet a client delivery expectation, you have to communicate that. Business 101 and Fastenere failed.
