The service I received from the West Babylon Firestone Service Center was terrific. I had a difficult situation with my AC Condenser. They took their time diagnosing the problem and were able to fix the issue. The mechanic (Matt)handling the job was extremely diligent. Anthony(Naeem) and Jay at the front desk were informative and very easy to work with.

I just went in for a oil change and the gentleman at the counter, Jay, was awesome; very helpful and had great communication! Will was also just as awesome! They both were great and are very skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!

Used to be a customer but I will not be coming back. As someone who almost never posts reviews I understand now why others have. Do not bring your business here. Read through the Google reviews. If you bring a vehicle in for an inspection they will tell you that your windshield wipers are bad and then also either try to get you to spend 1500 on tires or brakes. That’s every bad review on here. Just read them for yourself. My wipers are not “torn” they had tree debris which caused a streak and as soon as I wiped it off with a washcloth the streaks have magically stopped. The brakes are fine. It has rust on it. That’s what a 20+ year old vehicle has. I brought this to a local shop 2 miles down the road and it passed inspection no issues.

Been coming here for years, starting with my old Toyota, then a Mitsubishi, and my current Toyota. Always good Customer service and Car Care.. Highly recommend.

theres an employee there his name is ness hes extremely rude i went in for an issue with my car was told 2 hours i left and came back 3 hours later and my car wasnt even touched when i asked if it was ready the guy went to check came back and asked if i could give them another hour and a half i said absolutely not this guy told his coworker to go get my keys so l can leave he was eveb rude to his coworker who would agree with me as well (did agree with me) this place needs new employees asap and an actual manager

100% avoid this place if you're a woman, they totally tried to take advantage of my sister over a simple inspection ripping her inspection sticker off threatening not to let her take her car back telling her she had to get the work done there. They think they can pull one over on a single young woman they got another thing coming they are being reported as we speak.

Brought car in at 10am for inspection and was assured it would be ready by 3pm, since I had plans. Told them I needed a new tire when I dropped the car off. Checked in numerous times throughout the day and was told one more hour 3 separate times. My car wasn't ready until 7pm. I obviously missed my plans as a result. My car didn't pass inspection because they said I needed a new tire (which I told them when I dropped it off). This has been a pattern that they keep my car for 8+ hours. I do not recommend.

Made an appointment for an oil change at 2:30 I arrived and was told it would be a 2-hour wait which is absolutely unacceptable when I asked why make the appointment he said so it was so he didn't turn me away l... Well you lost my business regardless, this time and in the future.. a phone call should have been made if it was going to be that kind of wait otherwise get rid of your appointment system

I had an issue with the undercarriage of my car after driving over a tire, I called the next day and Ness was able to get me in first thing in the morning, my car was ready in less than a half hour. This shop has wonderful customer service and are fast and efficient. Highly recommend! Thank you!

The service department was clean and organized. I did not have to wait long and the tire fix and diagnostic was done quickly. The staff was friendly, courteous and explained everything in detail. That location is awesome
