I've worked with many sales representative and each one is just as special. I love how they don't follow you around the store and let you walk around in a non-evasive way. Eric, as well as the others, have been patient, helpful and courteous during every single encounter. “I recently purchased a Lazyboy recliner at their store in Farmingdale. I dealt with Kevin, who is the store manager. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I described to him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple of chairs. The first one he showed me was exactly what I was looking for. It was a power recliner which had a remote to raise and lower the back, legs, head and lumbar. It was very easy to operate. The chair was very cushioned and the head and legs were long enough to accommodate my six foot frame. I look forward for the delivery to my house so my wife and I can enjoy it.”

“The store is very nice. Staff was friendly and not judgemental or pushy. We just stopped in as we happened upon the store. It is not for the light of pocketbooks as it is pricey, but the quality of what you are paying for. They have rooms set up, so it is possible to see how the items would fit in a room. So, it is a good place to go for ideas. We may go back for some specific items, but as a whole, it is out of our price range.”
