“The phlebotomist (wish I had gotten her name) was very personable and this could not have been any easier than it was to have blood drawn. I literally walked in, gave my name and I was immediately taken into the room and had the draw in five minutes from start to finish! Always used Quest in the past but had too many problems with their billing system. Tried Northwell Labs in Babylon and I will use them for all my future needs.”
“I ALWAYS use Bayshore Lab for blood work. They are gentle, kind and efficient. They are very patient with children too. The MOAs and nurses at most of my Dr office have a hard time finding my veins and I wind up becoming a “pin cushion”…at Bayshore, they find the vein, draw the tubes of blood and tape it up in less than 2 minutes…very professional and adept…”

“I've seen some bad reviews so I'll just share my experience.
I hate needles and was anxious about going but when I arrived I didn't wait long and the staff was very helpful. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very kind, I didn't get her name. When I was done I felt very hot and she took care of me, gave me some water and an ice pack and made sure I felt ok before leaving.”
“I took a family member here to get bloodwork done. Obi was the phlebotomist who drew her blood. She was so pleasant and kind. She made the process quick and painless as can be.”
“My experience here made me confident that there are people who care about my pain and discomfort in the medical field I have terrible fibromyalgia and chronic pain blood work can leave me in discomfort for weeks if too rough. Ms.Lorella heard me and saw my anxiousness from prior experiences at other locations and talked to me through my bloodwork as well as reassured me to come back to that location so I could be more comfortable with the process and she expressed that no one deserves to feel unheard and mishandled as a patient.she handled my blood work with such ease I didn’t even notice she finished no pain at all! I get a lot of blood work and I’m so relieved to have found this location and will be going back for all of my labs such compassion and patience thank you so much!”
“Schedule appointment online, or walk-in. Kiosk check-in could be frustrating for some people. No human for help. Must have drivers license and insurance card ready to scan. Very quick blood draw as long as you have appointment. Minimal pain.”

“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”

“First of all, I went through hell and back trying to get a drug test, I went to Deer park and I understand no urine screening, Babylon was not nice and claimed, even though I had an appointment for 1:15 they was no longer doing, employment drug screening??. My last resort turned out to be the best. Madeline was just the best and sweetest. She helped me quickly and was so patient with my rambling?? today would of been my last day to be screened or I would not get the job. Thank you Madeline for all your help.”

“Quest Diagnostics, never have a problem coming here to give blood for medical testing. Everyone is always courteous and polite. All the way through the process everyone is quite delightful. Easy to make an appointment on the website, or if I had to in the waiting area using their kiosk. I am a blind person and quest makes it easy in my situation to also use their systems to schedule, or check in. It's always a pleasant experience here.”

“I visited PSC this am for bloodwork, Claudia was the phlembotomist and she was honestly amazing. I did not feel the needle go in and she made sure I was comfortable. I had looked at the reviews previously and was unsure of what I would experience but my experience was great. If you have to visit PSC try to schedule your appt with Claudia.”

“This is my second time here in just a few months. There were many people waiting because you can walk in and it was close to lunchtime. Although, they didn't have to be sitting in the waiting room. It's so easy to make an appointment online; it actually takes about 60 seconds!
I did not wait for more than 3 minutes after I checked in on their kiosk because I made an appointment. This happened both times and I had a very good experience.
Carolyn ? took my blood and she did it with such ease. I say that because I have been told but I don't don't have easy access veins. She did an amazing job. It was so quick and painless. I literally walked in and walked out within 10 minutes. It is very clean and if you just make an appointment online ---You will not have to wait.

“They took me right away and I believe my technicians name was Zeb. I told him sometimes the phlebotomist has an easier time taking blood from my right arm on the outside. He listened and checked and' took the blood from there and he was so gentle I didn't even feel it. He was very kind and efficient. Thank you for a great experience.”
“The phlebotomist, Briana, was the best phlebotomist that ever drew blood from me. I get bloodwork taken at least once a week at various locations so I know what makes a great phlebotomist. She managed to get me on the first try, which is rare for me and she caused me no pain whatsoever. I hope that I will always get her when I go to the Quest in Seaford.”

Their positive attitude shows they care and enjoy what they do. Sunrise Labs gets their results back to you in an expedited manner so your doctor can quickly make an assessment and decide what is the best care you may need. This place gets an A+ in my book.”
