The really spent so much time fixing all of the problems we had and made sure we left with everything working properly. Sam was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the different phones and what would best meet my needs. I could tell he takes pride in his work and cares about the store loyalty and its customers. Thank you Sam for this pleasant experience. I know that all cricket stores are not run this way, as earlier this week I stopped by my local cricket, spent over an hour with an untrained salesperson and computers which were down. It really does depend on the owner and who they hire. I will take the extra time to drive from Lindenhurst to Brentwood whenever I need assistance in the future and I urge you to do the same.”
