Love, ❤️ love this place. Awesome customer service. Always in stock on most items. Grooming service, very caring groomers that do a great job. Visit this store at least every other week. Only pet store I shop in now.

I had a grooming appointment at 8oclock for grooming. I reached there at 8:05 I rang the door bell several times and called no one answered. I started waving frantically and tapping the glass to get the worker inside her attention. She didn’t even see me. So when I finally got let inside it was 8:18. Jessica gave me an attitude which I found unnecessary and I didn’t appreciate it . She told me make sure I’m time next time when I explained to her I was here at 8:05 the doors are locked. She was like welllll we opened at 8 and my coworker was doing carts for so long, saying it with an attitude basically trying to deny that I was waiting outside for so long and instead of apologizing for me having to wait that long. However when I do take my puppy monthly, Antonia does an amazing job with him and she’s so sweet. On a different day, I had asked a question about an interview cause they said had a table w two big stacks of papers saying hiring. When I asked about the job, I was told by the manager I’m good, yet he made it seem as though they had positions open for everyone. I honestly don’t get why lie, and to me it felt like discrimination.

This is bad experience at the grooming section, I took my dog today to get groom , she doesn’t like it as much and gets scared , but she very gentle with humans all the time. She is a little aggressive with other dogs she doesn’t know. The girl who was going to groomed my dog was very helpful and nice but one of the other girl was giving me dirty looks and being very disrespectful and rude. But thankfully my dog couldn’t get the service due to her rabies shot being expired , I wouldn’t have trusted this person to stay with my dog. My dog was scared and overwhelmed. Very sad

Everything is expensive. Nothing is reasonable priced anymore. Can't afford to buy pet food anymore. Your app is the BIGGEST waste of time. Never get anything on sale of coupons for anything purchase.

DO NOT GROOM YOUR DOG HERE. Made an appointment for 10 today and the woman was so nasty. She mishandled our dog and then told us she couldn’t do this today. Then she walked out and sat outside and played on her phone.
DO NOT COME.

Took my (very anxious) small dog in for a nail trim. Staff was very very friendly and sweet, took care of her without her being traumatized afterwards. Staff around the entire store is super friendly and kind. ♡♡♡

I can’t say enough about Lucas and the Puppy Training class. Stormi responded so well to Lucas, who obviously has a lot of love and patience for dogs (and their humans!) I really appreciated everything about this class and I know Stormi is looking forward to her next sessions.

This store has the best customer service! The people that work there are so friendly and helpful. The store is clean and their rescue cat area is clean and well kept. This is the only pet store where I get my supplies.
