If can give this company zero Stars I would I got a tow for my car and that led to more problems with my car, I order the tow truck at 9:00 a.m. from to pick get picked up from work and taken to my house I get home the car still running I ended up turning it off try to turn it back on and it won't come back on it killed my battery you would think somebody dealing with cars wouldn't have common sense on top of that I don't know how he told the car but the bumper is falling off

Just got off the phone with them very disrespectful and know nothing about towing vehicles that police put summons on very unprofessional. This company should be out of business.

I had the best experience with this company. Johnny arrived within 15 minutes of calling. He was kind & the perfect gentleman. He did the job with no drama or stress. Michelle in the office was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

Called this company around 9pm on a week night with a flat tire. They wanted to charge me $190 plus tax and "only accepted cash at night." Seems predatory, in my opinion, to assume vulnerable people who need a tow late at night would have upwards of 200 bucks in cash on them. Found another company who showed up within 30 minutes and charged me 50 bucks less and accepted card or venmo. There's better places out there.

Broke down on the Northern State Parkway and was told this company is the only one local to be able to tow me off the highways (due to the license). They were going to charge me $149 to put on the tow truck which I could understand until they told me it was $850 per mile!!!! Dont call this place. Have them tow you off the highway then call another company!

Was charged 160 ish for a tow. Only 2 miles of towing lol. Said first 3 miles was free but whos first 3? Mine or the tow drivers drive to me? I literally had a 2.1 mile drop off. I heard the driver say "6 miles... first 3 is free.." and I'm just really curious where the 6 miles was? I have my pickup and drop off location and every route on the gps doesn't even equal 3 much less 6! Would have used other services or my insurance towing but I was on a restricted parkway and couldn't get another tow truck

RUN FOR YOUR LiFE! Worst company, needs to be audited immediately. Ran by thieves that stole my money. I have receipt and all paperwork to prove it. Told it was all covered by insurance and then charged $521 less than 2 days after the car was picked up. Was charged for 3 days worth the car was there for 44 hours. I was told, "I can knock a few things off and play with the price a bit for you let me get my owner on the phone to tell you how much I can discount". Owner then got on the phone with me and screamed at me very unnecessarily, "the price is what the price is". After i agreed to pay he then continued in a very threatening manner, "don't forget, we've got your vin and we know where you live!" This was all very absurd to me being that I agreed to pay the outrageous price of $521 for a tow and a day and half of sitting in his yard. I immediately called the cops just because I had never been spoken to in that kind of a bullying tone before. I knew the cops wouldn't do much but at least I have a case # now when I go and make my first attempts to contact this better business bureau that I keep hearing about. Not to mention for the day and a half that my car was at this place I had been back and forth on the phone with them trying to get information from them, only to be left on hold and disregarded for more than half the calls. They were definitely screening my number and avoiding me. This is the only reason the car was there for as long as it was to begin with. Place needs to be closed down immediately at the very least. They are not operating honestly. STAY AWAY. They'll get you! This is the 1st bad review I have ever written in my life. PS: because of their sketchy operating procedures they also go by the name Line X!

My Jeep brokedown a couple weeks ago. My experience with this towing company was truely unforgettable. The tow truck driver not only vaped with me alongside in the passenger seat, but he also TOOK HIS SHIRT OFF to show me his unfinished tattoos. I obviously was already having a bad day, just trying to get the work. I'm a broke 25 year old, who could hardly afford to miss work and I needed a bail-out to afford the towing service. The last thing I needed was to feel trapped in a truck with a shirtless man telling me about his tattoos

I was very upset when dealing with these people. I should have just left the car and write it off as a total loss. They charged me for every little thing they could think of...even an extra tow charge to bring the car from the back of the lot to the street! Avoid this place. Run away as fast as you can....

Complete criminals!!!! Charge me $1500 to tow a van (which is absurd). Then I was told there will be no storage charges and they charge me for those as well hitting me with a $2000 bill. I am in the same business I would never charge somebody as much money. My vehicle was in an accident so I had no choice. I asked him to tow me the vehicle the day it happened and they decided to keep it for the weekend so they could charge me a storage.
