Ive been to this place twice in my life and the second time i have to say was a horrible experience. Bought a toy as a gift and opened it to come to find out its a piece of garbage and doesnt work. Contacted the store, asked for managers and owner everyone wants to give you the run around. Was offered the same item if they have it if not i cant get my money back i would have to go spend it on stuff in the store that i oviously dont need or else i would have bought it the first time while i was there. Very unhappy with the customer service and oviously they dont care about the customers only care about the money. Would not ever recommend nor shop here ever again!

I went to Smart 99 Plus today and one day last week. Found items that I needed such as a bike lock, birthday gift bag, a heater, bathroom floor matt, a shower curtain, and get this - my teenager, who was with me, (he’s the pickiest when it comes to clothes) -found a hooded sweatshirt that he liked .

Smart 99c Plus has everything.They have everyday items, pots, pans, tea pot, frying pans, bathroom stuff,party supplies,toys(squishmallows, LOL items, Melissa & Doug, etc) No matter what I need they usually always have it. Even during the worst of Covid they always had toilet paper, paper towels, masks, gloves etc) AJ AWESOME and they are all helpful there.
