Theyre a real pleasure to deal with. Very kind, caring and professional.
The guy at the counter is great and treats everyone like family from the first day you meet him. Theyre all Aces with me. Of course I pay my bill on time too so that definitely helps lol

Why always same lack common sense person parking right in the enter Sunrise Storage. I have a unit for long time is again and again same stupid behavior Now is a red truck plate 21534 AN is time call the town put a sign for those people.

I have been a customer for 12 years and rent 2 units. There has never been any issues and the staff is friendly and always available. I have previously been a customer of Public Storage, and the personal touch of Sunrise Storage, beats them hands down.

Awful. Elevator breaks every time I go and have been stuck for hours on end while stairs are locked. Nobody answers the phone unless you call 75 times.

Rented from this place years ago. Never had a problem. Always a clean place. Had to rent from them again and nothing has changed! Still a great place to rent from. I moved out from Public Storage because them raising my rent and the place being a complete mess including the bathrooms there. Look for that review along with my other reviews. But Sunrise Storage is the place to rent from. Best prices and I checked many places all around me in Suffolk and they were the best.

If you are attending their storage room auction, the only person that attends is the owner, his family, and their lawyer. You are bidding against the owner or his daughter, they bid and win everything to keep and resell for themselves. I have no problem with that, but my complaint is they wasted 45 mins of my life minutes attending a rigged auction for legal reasons.

Normally, I wouldn't write a review unless it was a bad one. However, this place deserves the time and effort it takes to give it a good one. My time is very valuable and I appreciate a job well done. The place is well maintained. The staff are professional. There was a cart with a broken wheel - it gets mentioned, it gets fixed. Bulbs out... fixed by the time you go back. These places can be creepy. This one is not. It is comfortable, bright and clean Not that anyone wants to store their stuff, but if you are out of room and need a place, this is the place to go.

I've had a space there for almost a decade now and it's a terrific place... A clean facility with an always pleasant and accommodating staff... Sunrise Storage should always be your first stop when you're looking for a rental unit.
