I have been with TD Bank for some time now. Recently had a sensitive issue that needed to be swiftly dealt with. Ian, the branch manager, was fantastic in dealing with the issue in a swift manner and the highest level of professionalism.

Went to withdraw MY money from MY account and was asked to tell the clerk WHAT I was going to do with the money! I couldnāt believe my ears! Not the clerks fault. She said this is a brand new policy. WHY? They say because there are a lot of illegal things going on. I said if I were going to do something illegal would I actually tell you? This is the most ridiculous outrageous disrespectful way to treat their customers. I later called and the branch manager told me the other banks are going to follow suit. Iām contemplating taking all my money out of there. I told them I will never answer that question. Itās crazy to expect a customer to. Unbelievable!!!

They treated me like garbage. I mean they were going to call the police on me because I wouldn't leave without my quarters. I went into the West Babylon New York branch and requested two rolls of quarters. The woman could not be bothered. She told me I needed an account. I said every other bank I go to gives it to me without an account. She says you have to have an account. I said if I don't have an account I can't exchange a $20 bill for quarters? She handed me my $20 back. So I produced my card and I said that is really not fair. I said I should talk to your manager because that's ridiculous. She says she was the manager. I said she shouldn't have the job if she couldn't do a simple task like if people quarters for $20 bill. It's a simple exchange. She didn't like my answer. Then another manager came. A dark skin man that I didn't get the name of. He told her to give me my $20 back and refuse to give me the quarters. I said I'm here for my quarters and I am a customer and I need to get my quarters. He told me to leave. We Argued. He told me he was going to call the police on me if I didn't leave. I said all I want is my quarters. He would not give me my quarters and told me I had to leave. I'm a customer at this bank. I have money in there. I have a CD account, a savings account and a checking account. I am going to close my accounts ASAP. Terrible people work there. I mean, this man was going to call the police on me because I refuse to leave without my quarters. That's how they treat their customers there. Don't get a count there it's horrible. They're horrible. I've made several complaints online to their website. I don't know what will come of it but I was treated like a vagrant who is asking to use a bathroom. How can they refuse to give me my quarters if I'm a customer there? They have the right to throw me out like trash and say they were going to call the police if I didn't leave? What kind of people are they? Nowhere do they treat people like that. I work in customer service too and I always am told to de-escalate the situation. I left there and went to Chase and Chase gave me the quarters even though I don't have the account there. I'm going to Chase to get an account. I am going to move all of my money into Chase because they're better company and they treat their clients better. Don't get an account at this bank. They treat you like garbage.

I am very disappointed with TD Bank. I made it inside the facility before the closing hours. I needed to take care of some important time-sensitive documents but the manager sought not to take care of me but to himself instead of satisfying a TD Bank long-time customer. Even though this place is lit and has ample seating for waiting customers and parking lot one ATM and all the amenities that I like about this bank because of one staff poor empathy for the customers I am beginning to dislike continuing to keep my business here. Recommending some services to others is okay but make sure that the services you require are not too technical for the staff here. I can't tell you to call because no one answers the phone

I had a great experience working with Mathew Dooney, he was very informative and highly knowledgeable as he educated me and assisted me to select the appropriate checking account and credit card account that best fits my profile. Mathew was very patient with me as he answered all my questions. He went above and beyond in taking the time to set up the account and mobile app on my phone and educated me on how to utilize the mobile app to access and to utilize it for my banking and credit card needs and to check my activity. Including The bank representatives and the store manager Ian Kelly with in this establishment in west Babylon are also very friendly, welcoming, helpful supportive and courteous. Therefore, I highly recommend Mathew Dooney and Ian Kelly and this establishment to address all your banking needs. I also recommend TD Bank because their Mobil app and computer app / website is more user friendly and more secure than other banks I have prior experienced.

I visited this branch to resolve an issue with my account and encountered the branch manager, Ian. I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected by anyone in any bank branch.
Ian was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He flaunted his 20 years of banking experience to dismiss my concerns and continuously interrupted me whenever I tried to speak, preventing me from even completing a sentence. At one point, he told me, "I'm done with you," and dismissed me as if I were insignificant to him. He made me feel humiliated.
His conduct was entirely unacceptable. Ian is the most unprofessional and rude individual I have ever met in my life and one that puts TD bank to shame. I will never visit that branch again and I will spread the word about it.

If you have ever been in an emergency room waiting to be seen for hours reaching the point where you wish you just let whatever happened happen⦠thats what being in this td bank is like just go to the one on deer park avenue, the drive there and pulling what i needed took less time than me just sitting in this one waiting for the manager

Poor service and extremely slow. Long lines with only one teller available. Best to go to another branch.

What a joke! Sat with Amika (probably misspelling the name) with a very simple request. We had recently closed a savings an account and needed bank statements for the closed account since we are obtaining a mortgage. The representative told us āthere are no statements for this accountā. My wife has had the account for over a decade. She told us to call the customer service line to order them. She had a nasty attitude and I knew that I would get nowhere asking more questions. Went to the branch near Deer Park. And what do you know! The nice rep printed us our bank statements. If upper management looks at this, this is a problem this is why you lose customers because of horrendous service. We shouldnāt feel reluctant to ask questions or feel as though we are being belittled. A simple task at 8:32am took over an hour between waiting at the branch to hear ānoā to then driving another 15 minutes to another branch.
