I have been going here for over ten years. Unfortunately the service department has completely gone downhill the last few years. They are no longer interested in helping the customer, only interested in how nuch they can squeeze out of them with expensive unnecessary work. They refuse a courtesy car when getting expensive, time consuming work done. They try to insist on unnecesarrily expensive work like replacing a whole wire harness ($1500) to deal with a bad connector on an adapter they installed on a previous repair instead of splicing around the connector for almost nothing. They are no longer trustworthy and I will no longer be returning.

I want to first personally shout out the service advisor Vicent for being incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding regarding the situation with my CR-V. I had a negative experience the day before at another service center location, but coming here was nothing but a positive experience. He explained what was wrong with my car, what needed to be done, and an estimated wait time which I appreciated it. 100% recommend this location.

I want to give a special shout out to Kevin and Melanie for helping me out with my car service. They got my car in and out of service and record time including oil change, tire alignment, coolant flush and inspection renewed. Best team at Honda

New Babylon Honda is for the people. This establishment offers superb services and family-like customer service. The neighborhood mechanics that you can TRUST... I have brought all my Honda(s) to this establishment, I know most of the CSR/mechanics and auto service reps and everything the service is outstanding where also they work with you not against their customers.

Absolutely awful experience, and management. Don’t purchase any products here - go to any other Honda location. They sold me faulty “new” tires that are don’t pass inspection 18k miles later absolutely insane. Couldn’t point you in the direction of Birdgestone Warranty or any help.
The people on the phone are rude, disrespectful and act like you’re insane for being frustrated with their subpar, moronic service. Shady business people saying all sort of bullsh** to get you off the phone.

Very bad customer service i came for maintenance 1/4/25 at 9:00 am gave ticket got my car and at 11 :27 am customer call me i was waiting room asking me reason my car is there in the ticket said maintenance so I was there for 2 1/2 hours waiting for nothing this last time I willing be here not really care about customer.very bad experience.i am very disappointed.

I have been to numerous Honda service stations, but Vanassa at Babalon Honda, has treated me,by far the best, always keeping me in loop when service is done, as well as making sure I’m in and out, not waiting when service is done. She has a great personality, and always a pleasure to deal with. I drive from flushing queens to Babalon Long Island, for my service.

Came in for an oil change and they were able to take me in same day! Kevin was my service advisor, super nice! he was able to get me in and out, no trouble. Will definitely come back for my next service
