Do not rent a U-haul here. They literally asked me to complete my own reservation in a dingy office on a plastic lawn chair in front of a dated PC.
They had no idea what they were doing (they said this audibly to me 3-4 times) and kept me there for 45 minutes before realizes after torturing me that they didn’t even know where the keys were to the vehicle I rented.
Just please don’t. U-Haul needs to take their license away. Go to the sunrise hwy location.

Terrible company, terrible customer service.... just terrible.I ordered a trailer hitch, installation and an accessory from the website. I even called to confirm the trailer hitch install. The day of the appointment I was told that the hitch was not sent and there was not a mechanic to install it anyway. They could have told me this the DAY BEFORE WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM.As for the online order, it was worse! It was supposed to ship and never did. I talked with 3 different people on three separate days and they all said the same story. The part was in stock but had not shipped and they would look into it. On the fourth day I actually got the number for the warehouse and called. He told me that the order was delayed until at least a month (even though the website said it was available and in stock). I will never do business with this company again and would give no stars if I could.

Renters beware Anthony tacks on XTRA Mileage when you return the truck rental. Make sure you take a picture of the mileage before you exit the truck. We caught him red handed today trying to add additional 100 miles to our bill. SMH.

Great U-Haul location. Get all your moving supplies here. Boxes, specialty boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, hand trucks and so much more. If course you can rent trucks from a cargo van up to a 24 foot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for all your moving needs.
