I am incredibly happy I found Upper Restoration. Not only did they quickly and safely remove the asbestos from under my kitchen floor, they completely cleared out the original plywood to allow a fresh surface for a new floor. The customer service was impeccable and professional. Images of the job were sent to me and I was called to go over how the job went. Their work was clean and thorough. I would most definitely use them again for future projects. I highly recommend using Upper Restoration if you’re looking for a painless process and a trustworthy company you can rely on.

We had a flood at my church. Matt Lee and Lou have been wonderful to work with. We needed a kitchen renovation and their work has been beautiful. We now have a leak in our Parsonage next door. We didn't hesitate to have them work on that as well. We would HIGHLY recommend them!

After experiencing the trauma of having your house catch on fire, Upper Restoration came to the rescue! Not only were they professional, they were patient and walked me through the entire process of what a fire restoration would entail. From start to finish, they were easy to work with, responsive, and friendly. Lou called me daily to give me updates and was a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Upper Restoration. They have the expertise and skills to get the job done right! What started off as a tragedy ended up as a win. Upper Restoration did a great job first cleaning out the mold damage that resulted from a roof leak, and then repairing the ceilings that were impacted. They are very professional, a project manager oversees each team while work is in progress, and they adhered to both schedule and budget. Louis is extremely easy to work with, and very responsive to questions. I would absolutely use them again.

Upper Restoration came to our rescue when our tree in the backyard fell on the back of the house in December 2023. Lou from Upper Restoration came out that afternoon...removed the enormous tree, covered the holes in the roof of damaged bedroom with a tarp, and stabilize the bedroom interior structure/walls within hours. I appreciate his sense of urgency during this traumatic time and patience with completion of this project. So grateful for finding Upper Restoration and for the excellent work!!

I called Upper Restoration after getting a little adventurous and removed the carpet on my steps just to find asbestos tiles on them. They quickly gave me a quote on the asbestos removal and were able to start the removal process quickly (closing off the area with plastic and the whole nine yards). Unfortunately, who ever put the tiles down also put some nasty glue down and the team worked tirelessly to remove everything without damaging the steps too much. After the removal of the asbestos, I worked with Upper Restoration to repair the steps and replace the wood on the landing. Everything turned out beautifully!

We recently used Upper Restoration for our Basement after a pipe overflowed.Lou gave us all the confidence we needed to know that we were in good hands. Lou and his team were reliable, hard workers and did everything they could do to rebuild our basement exactly the way we wanted it. They worked fast and were extremely clean. We recommended this company for any future rebuilds or construction you may have. They were so responsive to any questions we had and made the process as seamless as possible. Very fast restoration and did a great job. Handled all aspects of the project including working with insurance adjuster, outsourcing of paint and carpet, etc. Very easy to work with - highly recommend.
