“Every two months or so it's time to make another run to the Vitamin Shoppe. I can typically plan my next purchase in advance on either the Vitamin Shoppe website or the Vitamin Shoppe app and stack the cart. The specials and sales that are usually run are very competitive. Some sales are better than others, but you need to check the site regularly or at least sign up for their email promotions. I had just made a purchase through the Vitamin Shoppe app and the order was prepared where I could come pick it up in less than an hour. I highly recommend the Vitamin Shoppe for the variety and quality of their products.”

“I've used Spiru-tein protein powder/ meal replacement for more than 25 years. I've tried others which have come and gone but this one's been solid for decades. I like that just one scoop contains everything you need and it mixes into a drink that has some consistency and fills you up instead of being the consistency of water like some others. All the flavors are great but since I use it daily, I just get the 5 lb. container with 60 servings in Vanilla. You simply can't go wrong with it and I suggest it to all my patients.”
