Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst pharmacy in the whole world the only reason I use them is I have to considering it’s my insurances preferred pharmacy. I don’t understand how it can take so long to fill a prescription and trying to communicate with anyone there is just a waste of time. Extremely incompetent and useless.

Today I visited Walgreens in West Babylon for the first time. I was impressed by the young, friendly, polite cashier named Sophia. She was helpful and her pleasant demeanor brightened my day. She certainly is a valuable employee.

I had a question about if they carried sodium chloride 1 gram and I asked it nicely to the pharmacist and what i got back with an attitude was “i don’t know, go look” I had already scanned the isles for it, that was why I was troubling the cashier at the pharmacy. CVS has much nicer pharmacists and cashiers even when they’re completely packed they’re always willing to help. what makes this even more pathetic was that there was no line i was the only person there.

This was my first time as a Uber shopper. Amber was AMAZING assisting me finding all the 7 items on my list, navigating me through the app and checking me out. Amber is one valuable manager!!! Thank you, Amber!!!!!

Worst pharmacy ever!! I moved near this location and decided to change to this store. The first 3 prescriptions I had filled were nothing too serious. I got phone calls, texts, emails that my items were ready to pick up. I would get there and be told tgat it was back ordered or out of stock. I would show them the messages and they would still deny sending them. I now go back to my original location in Garden City Park. They are very quick and courteous. The entire pharmacy staff is amazing. Def staying away from this atrocity

OK - Every time I look at the reviews, they are CONSISTENTLY very LOW! And EVERY 1-Star review is talking about the pharmacy department. Everyone keeps mentioning a rude & extremely professional woman pharmacist. So I have a question for everyone who has said the EXACT same thing . . . Are you referring to the head of the pharmacy department? . . . The Asian woman? Because thankfully I've never had to deal with her personally, but I've seen her attitude when she has to deal with a customer AND I've seen the way she looks at the employees that need to come to her with questions because SHE'S THE BOSS!!! . . . Sure doesn't ACT like one, THAT'S for sure! She knows NOTHING about customer service and does NOT belong in a position that involves dealing with the public! She's in the WRONG job to be in her position in the first place!

The pharmacist, who is a female and doesn’t speak to anybody makes up her own rules, my medication bottle for a controlled substance said June 20th and on July 23, she decided to run my prescription and my insurance paid for it, I went to go pick it up and then she tells me that I have to wait till July 30th because that’s when I picked it up the month before, you have a 10 day window from the date your prescription is filled to pick it up, the Pharmacist tells me her own rules, she’s very rude And inconsiderate, as for the rest of the staff, Ethan and Doren are, freindly and understanding, caring and helpful, they get ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars across the board, I couldn’t imagine working with that female pharmacist who acknowledge you, she’s just a bad vibe, negative energy

Im looking at the Reviews for the Pharmacy, and I agree. I cant believe Im not the only one who finds this place to have downright Rude Staff at the Pharmacy. I had an issue with my medication, and my provider called and the pharmacist was downright dismissive and would not help, so then I had it sent to CVS instead, and they worked with the problem and made sure I was taken care of and got my medication. I wish I could give zero Stars, and Im not a complainer. I always give stars.

This review reflects a deeply disappointing experience with the pharmacy, specifically involving one pharmacist. I will be filing a formal complaint with both Walgreens corporate and the Board of Pharmacy, as her conduct fell far below the standards expected of a licensed pharmacist. Rather than offering assistance or demonstrating professionalism, she was dismissive, condescending, and ultimately incorrect in her handling of a prescription that clearly followed the physician’s instructions. Even after it became obvious that she had made an error, she provided neither an explanation nor an apology.
After reading similar experiences in other reviews, it’s evident this is part of a larger pattern at this location. I’m sharing my experience to encourage others to speak up as well — constructive feedback can and should lead to meaningful change. Pharmacists have a duty to be both competent and courteous. Unfortunately, this individual was neither, and turned what should have been a routine interaction into a frustrating ordeal.
