My car looked brand new when they completed the repair. Absolutely perfect!! However, unlike some other reviews where they also had their car vacuumed out, mine was not. Even though it would have felt great to have my interior feel as new as the exterior, it is absolutely not a deal breaker.

“We have been preparing to travel from Vermont to Austin Texas for some time now.
There were things that needed to be fixed for a trip that long. Specifically out vent cover was cracked and needed to be replaced. I ordered at least 5 of them from Amazon with none of them being right.
I reached out to Rodney at Momot and he sent me a link to the exactly correct vent lid on Amazon. It arrived and in order to install it I had a question and Rodney clarified and took care of things again.
We got to Texas and between RV parks our tongue Jack stopped working. Rodney provided us with the solution.
We bought the trailer 5 years ago on a previous trip to Austin but we now have all of our service needs taken care of by Momot and refer all of our RV friends to Momot.
Service means peace of mind.

“I stopped in here back on Dec 4th to have an estimate done on my vehicle for repairs. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Brent, and they pulled my Rogue in within mins. He then went out to look at it and see what it needed. We then went into the office and proceeded to write up my estimate and explained things as he went thru it. I then decided to schedule my repairs with him. Being so close to Christmas and him going on vacation, he wasn't able to schedule me until this month. I was supposed to bring my car last week but I was sick so I called Brent and we rescheduled for me to drop it off this coming Monday. I was more than happy with the service provided to me from Brent and his crew thus far. I will update more and add pictures once my vehicle is done, and I get it back, but as of the service this far, I am more then happy with the service provided from Brent and his crew. I highly recommend this shop for repairs.”

“We had a problem with our vehicle when we returned from a trip to Florida on a Saturday. We drove to the store because our vehicle had the check engine light. An employee named David performed an OBD2 scan and quickly determined that there was a problem with my ignition coil pack. The part was in stock and I was able to change it in the parking lot. I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend this business. 5 stars for David's service !!”

“I needed the low beam on my grand Cherokee replaced. Definitely more complex then most vehicles. Andy came recommended. From the time I stopped until the time I left Andy was very respectful and friendly just a genuinely nice guy. He stopped what he was doing and had me pull my jeep into his shop so he could “ see what he could do to help me out”. My headlight is replaced at a more then reasonable price and I can’t say enough good about the service. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience definitely deserves one. Thanks again.”
