An employee named David performed an OBD2 scan and quickly determined that there was a problem with my ignition coil pack. The part was in stock and I was able to change it in the parking lot. “So I’ve been in the run around with many mechanics in plattsburgh & it’s surrounding areas. But Dean at g&g muffler is easily the best one. He calls you daily with updates, price changes, everything. I have an older car, so it needs work often. Every time I’m at g&g, they get you in and out VERY quickly & treat you with nothing but respect & honesty. There are many shady mechanics in plattsburgh, but you’ll be treated the right way at g&g. I literally can’t say anything bad. Definitely go there if you need anything done!”

“I needed the low beam on my grand Cherokee replaced. Definitely more complex then most vehicles. Andy came recommended. From the time I stopped until the time I left Andy was very respectful and friendly just a genuinely nice guy. He stopped what he was doing and had me pull my jeep into his shop so he could “ see what he could do to help me out”. My headlight is replaced at a more then reasonable price and I can’t say enough good about the service. I don’t normally write reviews but this experience definitely deserves one. Thanks again.”
