My mail is always here before 9am.Every other place I've lived I never got my mail before noon.One place I lived next to a post office but couldn't get my mail until around 2pm.

My mail is being returned and nobody seems to have an answer as to why! Christmas cards, bills, online orders, and my forms from the IRS are now being returned and I am not receiving them!
