Process was pretty confusing for me as this has never happened but Ventura’s was super helpful and Bonnie was patient with all my questions. They also did a great job repairing. “From start to finish, my experience with CarStar West Seneca was absolutely terrific and more than what I could have expected. Getting into an accident or in my case hitting a deer was less than pleasant especially with a brand new vehicle, but as I went through the process, CarStar above and beyond with their service. I dealt with Travis specifically who from my original phone call helped streamline the entire process with his words of advice, dealing with the insurance company to handing over the keys after the repairs. I hope I never have to go through it again but I now can say that I would absolutely go back should I need to.

“We recently just purchased a new vehicle from West Herr. We originally reached out in search of possibly switching from a Rav 4 to an Equinox and met Joe Saltenburger. He gave us multiple options and spent days trying to find the right fit for us. After multiple options, we decided to stick with a new Rav 4. At this point many salesman would cut their losses and love on to the next customer, but that's not where Joe stopped. He reached out to West Herr Toyota and introduced us to George where the two of them worked hand in hand in trying to bring a new long term customer into the West Herr family. Both of them reached out multiple times and really went above and beyond any salesman we've ever done business with. We ended up purchasing the Rav and George went out of his way driving 45 minutes in a snowstorm to hand deliver the vehicle. “Had a rear bumper and quarter panel on a Challenger replaced. The attention to detail and gaps/spacing on the new parts were better than from the factory. The paint was an exact match. The only downside is it took a bit longer than expected. Partially due to insurance so I won't knock them on it so much. Great job especially if you pay attention to fine detail.”

“Unfortunately my van was in a bad car crash and in the past I have been ripped off by other mechanic shops and was nervous as to where to take my van. My sister recommended Village Collision and I have to say I couldn't have gone to a better place! Russell was great! Although my insurance company did not have them as one of their participating mechanics it was not a problem at all. He communicated with my insurance company and adjustors. My van was in great hands while he fixed up and painted my van. While my van was there I was able to contact Russell through email and also by phone and he responded to my questions immediately.
